Natalie - The optical manager really helped me to make a logical stylish selection. For my new glasses. It was hard to choose because I loved so many pairs. She knew how glasses should fit on your face and how the RX would fit on the lenses. She even put in a reimbursement claim to my insurance. They were out of network but I don't care I go anyway because they always get my progressive lenses perfectly right every year. The doctor Lisa Badowski listened to all my concerns which I appreciated. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She even wrote out suggestions of ideas to help in addition to my RX. Make an appt. I recommend them for Excellent Eye Care service.They are experts. You won't be disappointed.. Both are so personable. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you!

Don't go here. Went to get my daughters glasses fixed because one screw fell out so the lens came out too. Went in there they open at eleven nobody there. A worker saw me so I asked "it is eleven were are they". She said "I don't know let me ask my manager". So she asked she said the girl is running a little late. Ok that is fine with me. When she got there I gave her the glasses she put a new screw and put the lens back in and she said that she will put this stuff on the screw to keep the screw from coming out. Then she askes do you have a case well yes my daughter is not with me and of course I can't wear them. Also she said the stuff she put on will dry clear. Later my daughter looks at the glasses the blue stuff is still blue and the screw is in but it is a little longer than needed. I daughter asked if she clean it off because she put her finger on the blue stuff and it is still wet. Also the girl didn't even clean the glasses I understand if she didn't want to clean the one lens since it is close by the blue stuff but at least clean the other lens.

Jc penny optical in Southwest Plaza is phenomenal. They have great selection for eyeglasses and very helpful staff!

Had JC Optical make a pair of glasses for me. I experienced double vision with them. Heather, who was the manager at that time, promised to homer their warranty. Then came the pandemic, and Penny’s closed their store. When they finally reopened, they had a new manager who then refused to honor the warranty. They wanted me to pay them more money, and broke their written policies, as well as the verbal promess that their manager made to me. Don’t trust them!

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I’ve been there a handful of times, mostly warranty related(son keeps breaking his glasses) and always been treated properly. The poor ratings does not reflect this business.

Dr. John Molinario is the worst. He spent my appointments complaining about one thing or another (it has happened at multiple appointments), then his staff did not collect the correct payment. He then called from his personal number (not the optical department's) asking for the payment. We called the optical department to ask how they wanted the check made out and how to address it, but that didn't matter. A month later I got a call (once again from his personal number) telling me they had not received the payment and they were going to send it to collections. I called, and miraculously it was in the mail box at the back of the store. Either they are completely uncoordinated and incapable of handling simple payments or something else is going on... Either way, I'm not going to this optical department again.

Horrible Customer Service, they are hard to get ahold of via phone and it seems like their customers are not priority to them. I recommend definitely taking your money elsewhere!!!

We've used them for several years and always had fast, efficient, professional service. Notably, my son has broken his glasses more than once and each time they were repaired and replaced with no problem and minimal charge ($25).

They have always been helpful here. Me,my wife and oldest kid have gotten glasses here for over 3 years. 6 pairs of glasses and we will continue to go there.

Glasses are generally expensive so yeah that's the case. I've used discount places in the past and those frames are junk. But I like the styles here . Good service.

Their optical center leaves a lot to be desired. They sent my glasses back and never called to tell me that it would be another week. The only reason I found out was because I went and asked.
