I have made appointments with Feliz Guitierez for over 5 years and she has always done a great job with my haircuts, styles, coloring and highlights. And she is friendly and courteous. I am thankful for her skill with hair. Make an appointment with her! You won't be disappointed.

What a dinosaur JCPenney is! I bet you they'll be out of business in the next few years. Went there to buy clothes. Not only were the clothes low quality, but super overpriced. What a joke. I'll never be back.

This review is for Feliz in the salon. I get pedicures from Feliz every 4-6 weeks. She is the best. Kind and polite, careful and thorough and always with a wonderful massage. I followed Feliz to Penney’s from another location. She is so worth it! Thanks, Feliz!

Unfortunately I cannot leave a 0 star, extremely rude and racist ladies working in jewelry, I was wondering about the prices of the items and they said that’s there’s no discount for me in the store and when they saw that I was looking to too many jewelry’s they started to treat me rude and roll her eyes at me and whisper at each other, J.C. Penney loves to treat people like that, do not go in here, unless u wanna leave sad and frustrated for being mistreated.

The Asian lady at the return desk at Orchard is super rude! I was in line and watched her accuse and argue with customers when they were returning items that were delivered to their home!! She was also trying to show off by taking care of her line and would interject herself in the other employees line/customers when she was processing a return! She kept everyone in line and at the desk for a long time and said loudly “I’m a supervisor and do as I wish” She kept one customer with her kid at the desk for 20 minutes and asking the same questions about labels! It’s not the customers fault if labels are not on the packaging. She should ask the warehouse those things!! Another thing, she kept acting like she couldn’t find an order # when it was given to her multiple times. She also repeats customers phone #’s as loud as she can. She doesn’t understand privacy and she is soooooo rude that it’s disgusting!!! She argued with multiple customers.

Shoutout to JCPenney’s for the most inappropriate and uncomfortable customer service experience. I didn’t know there was a time limit on how long you can shop here before security starts following you around. The employees keep asking if I need help with anything every two seconds. Like don’t make it harassment. If I need help I will go find someone. The younger employees here are rude. The nicest employee here is the lady with the dog. If you have time restrictions on shopping in this store then maybe you shouldn’t offer fittings rooms, put Christmas decorations out and maybe you should organize the clothes so I don’t have to dig through piles of clothes to find my size. Taking your time to browse is not a crime. Calm down skinny girl with your walkie talkie hanging off your pants standing there with two security guards at the door you shouldn’t misjudge people I was with my mom who spends thousands of dollars at this store.

Today i went into return an item. Mary was extremely rude to me. I had the receipt but left it at home. I returned with the receipt and delt with Mary again. I informed her of her rudeness. Honestly, even if indiduals do not have a receipt that does not give you the right to treat them rude. Shane the manger was a delight and I appreciated his help. Managers please work with your cashers for exceptional customer service and remind them that every individual should be treated with respect and kindness.

Today I went to the JCPenney salon, Jasmine cut my son’s hair, I should her my son’s previous haircut picture. I asked her to cut his hair same, but a bit shorter about 2 inches on top and shorter on the back. Anyway she started to talk to my son from here there and the end his hair got way too short specially the sides. My son is very upset and unhappy. I hope in the future she pays more attention to her work. At the end my son’s hair cut wasn’t even close to his picture that I showed her. ☹️
