I’ve usually had good experiences here, but today there were extremely long lines at checkout with only one cashier. I specifically asked if they could bring somebody else up, but she said they were short staffed and there was no one. Then when my order rang up, foam was twice what the price on the shelf had said. Instead of $35 it was $75!! So disgusted with the corporate greed and the lack of adequate staffing, accurate signage.

Serious attention needed to basic stocking. Bolts of fabric lying in the aisles, stacked with no rhyme or reason, a disheveled mess everywhere. Very disappointing. Choose another location if you can.

I have always had a great experience in this store, but not this morning. Extremely rude older woman at checkout. Make sure you stay on top of her with questions (i.e. Was it under that phone number? Did you apply the coupon?, etc.) or she'll just ignore you and process the transaction without an account and without the coupon. She won't ask normal questions like "Is there another phone number it might be under?" and/or "Would you like to use that phone coupon today?", etc.
I went inside instead of doing pickup because I needed a couple of things this morning before I opened my business. I'll go elsewhere next time.

This store sucks. They never have enough staff to run the place. Plan on spending 30 or more minutes in the cut line and then another 20 minutes just in the check out line

Emily was wonderful, I needed a printer she tried to help me on the phone and kept her promise to hold it for me and kept her word, took the time to help me on a busy day I’m assuming, when I got there they were busy. Loved the customer service that you hardly see anymore. Great hire Joanns!

Brutal experience getting fabric cut. They weren't using the ticker to call out which customer is next. So I stood in line for 20 min while the slowest fabric cutter I have ever seen was taking ~5 min per person per fabric...... she called for help and got none. This is unacceptable.

Came in to get some muslin fabric for a work project, and spent 40 minutes looking for it. I couldn’t find a single employee to ask except for the poor lady at the cutting table who had a line constantly between 5 and 10 people the whole time I was there. Additionally the store looked like it had been run through by wild animals. The only upside was how nice the lady cutting fabric was, especially considering the state of the store she had to work in. Save yourself the hassle and order online.

I love Joann's but my recent trip was unfortunately very unsuccessful. The store literally looked like a storm went through it. I know they are unstaffed especially this time of year with the holiday crafters but it was a mess more then half the store shelves for the things I went through were completely empty. The poor cut table lady was there by herself with a line of like 12 people to cut fabric for. Be nice to retail workers during holidays they are over worked and under appreciated. But back to the review. Don't go shop online if possible for pick up.

Needed fabric for my chemotherapy headscarves and could barely get through the aisles here as the fabric was a mess. Cutting line was extremely slow and not using tickets- thankfully my husband could wait in line for me. I've had increasingly poor experiences here and will be shopping elsewhere when I can.

I love Joann's. They have me an extra discount for a damaged item. I wanted the item so bad and I think that's nice they gave me extra off. The staff is also super helpful, knowledgeable and so so nice.

No cashiers around...
The last few weeks I've been frequently going to this location for yarn and there seems to be a shortage of cashiers/employees. I have been going to go find them at the cutting station usually and the line at the register is like 4 people deep. I really like this store and the employees are very friendly, but I wonder if I should trek it to the Thornton location. Is it the same there?

I came in to find a product listed online, I had to ask the woman working at the register if she could point me in the right direction of finding it after having no luck on my own. They told me it would be a while before someone could help me so I said sure. I waited ten minutes, still no help so I went venturing to find it myself again. Finally, I found it and went up to the register to checkout, and the cashier had left their post to go help another customer... had to wait another 10 minutes just to pay for my items as it was the only register open. So they would help others but not me. A short trip to the craft store turned into a serious hassle and headache. I won't be returning to this location.
