Shout out to Anastasia Steele, her customer service is next level,
It's a mainline bank so you'll have the same issues you'd have with the same tier bank, but if you go into a branch and build a relationship with the people they will have your back when things get rough,

I tried calling the phone number on the main Key Bank website to ask about setting up a business checking account. None of the numbered menu options seemed relevant. After three minutes of trying different things, I gave up. It seems like they really don't want you to talk to a person.

I am semi-new to credit so I called this branch to get a new credit card set up and negotiate my balance and interest rate and everyone I talked to was so helpful I believe that the first two people I talked to were a woman that explained everything and helped me decide on what to to go with. I also talked to a man (I believe his name was Oscar or Hector tbh I'm terrible with names) and the last person I talked with that was very patient with me and answering my questions in regards on what to do to best help me with graduating from my secured card. Lane is amazing and a wonderful person and branch manager. This whole branch just feels all together more helpful and put together in comparison to the other branches I've visited. Lane, Hector (I think) and I think her name was Maryanne are the best of the best. Higher up management should really take note of this branch because they are rocking it

This location has unfriendly workers. I don't know why it does but every other branch has friendly people working there. I have even gone to the location on Speer during a busy time and THEY were friendly, and honestly they are not usually the warmest bunch either but night and day better than this location. Luckily I almost never go to this location so hopefully won't have to put up with the mystery attitude everyone seems to have there.

My name is Gerardo Sanchez. I have been introduced to key bank by Alexandria bink and I really appreciate everything she has done for me. She has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and everyone else's needs as well. Her personality is amazing and she really knows how to make sure you understand something when you need something explained. She's a miracle worker and she really makes key bank look good. If I could, I'd recommend everyone I know to go and work with her, because she will be the best and she will leave you amazed.

Opened a business checking account in 12/2022 and signed up under a promo that would involve getting a $500 bonus if all requirements were met. Everything was met on my end and when it came time to pay out the bonus I was told the banker who opened my account (Anastasia) did not put the correct promo and so they had to give it to higher ups to approve. Here we are 3 months later and nothing has been done, Anastasia and Alexandria have both promised to call me back with an answer and I keep getting the run around. Hands down would not recommend this bank.

This branch is the best. All staff is helpful from Lane Hart years back, to Anastasia and most recently Alexa and Carlos. Carlos Miramontez Really went out of his way to solve a problem that I haven’t been able to get solved for a year! There is a challenge with a hierarchy inside KeyBank system when you have Accounts in different states. This became a significant issue in attempting to visually see some data.In addition he has taken a lot of time to research another issue in regards to one of my family members loan accounts and the way a fixed rate loan has the interest and the principal distributed each payment. She was able to request an amortization schedule so we can look into it further.He did all this at the end of the day on a Saturday and I could tell that he was recovering from a cold.He is very sharp, smart and a problem solver. In addition he was greeting people coming into the branch and it was nice to see him great some of the Hispanic clientele and their native language.Impressed , grateful and appreciate this team! Thank you !

I work with a personal banker over at keybank off of orchard parkway in Westminster Colorado. Her name is Alexandra Bink. I have had problems through out my life financially. After working with her. And listening to the advice she had guided me through my credit has shot up almost a hundred points. I have a secured credit card. A savings account. She is always there with any questions I have and she personally wants the best for me and to see me through the best options for me financially. I have never had the help in the positive way to set me up on a good financial track like the way Alexandra Bink has set me on. I felt with other banks and people they were out for themselves and their needs. I give Alexandra Bink five stars and a great review for everything she has done for me up to this point. Thanks Alexandra Bink your awesome!!
