This is the go-to grocery store for my family. The staff are nice and approachable. They don't re-arrange so often that things are difficult to find, I cannot stand grocers that do that. Inventory looks to be kept fresh and organized.

I love being able to shop on line and then pick up my groceries. The people who bring out my shopping - wally, red, and others, are always cheerful and helpful. The shoppers communicate well if there are any issues with my order. It's a good service.

I pick up my groceries since I work in a nursing home and have been careful through flu and COVID not to take anything into work. I must say, Red is one of the happiest people I've ever met. She always has a kind word when bringing out my groceries and asks about pets and tells me to give mine hugs from her. She's professional and kind and deserves recognition. She's truly an asset to this King Soopers on Fed and 104th.

"KING SOOPERS PHARMACY"This place has pulled this so many times it's childish... I call before 1230, they say hold please I say okay... I end up on hold for THIRTY Minutes only for the to say... " oh it's lunch time call back in 30 minutes!?

Always Pleased with my old Neighborhood KINGS! I Moved away 10 Years ago and still try to make it when I Can! ??There is a Closer Kings on 84 area. I'm still Not Hooked Up Digitally and I've Missed GREAT Deals..! ?

The only reason for 5 stars is for Heather at the cheese island. She is amazing and her customer service is even better. I actually stopped shopping here after the remodel but came in today for an office party snack and because of Heather's amazing service you may have earned a customer back..time will tell!

The discount section has excellent items available that are difficult to pass up on, thats for sure.I was shopping a week ago & an accident happened while I was standing there. A vendor didn't realize I was there & shoved the swinging doors into my ankle, I should of been wearing better shoes cause it hurt badly. They immediately got a chair & responded accordingly. Dre?, the store manager found the vendor & he completely took responsibility & apologized. I really respect that, it was an accident, I wasn't prepared myself. So Kings called to follow up & made sure I was ok & didn't hurt after that day & I told him, it was no big deal. I give this store credit for taking responsibility. I shop there all the time & will continue.

King Soopers has changed the way they're doing business! I used to be able to by many different brands now it's King Soopers brand with packaging that is very close to the name brands packaging. If you do pay attention to what you grab you will end up with Kroger instead.

In-person is great, but they need to communicate way more about their delivery when things go wrong. They were supposed to deliver this morning between 9 and 10AM. I get a notice that something's missing, no problem. At 9-ish, I get notice that the driver has said the ETA is 9:35. I waited for over an hour before trying to call about the order, getting no infor about where it was. At 12:30PM, they unceremoniously canceled the order. No communication except an email saying it had been cancelled on my behalf. If they had told me about the issue sometime in the intervening 3 hours, it would have freed up my morning considerably; I only did delivery because they had great coupons that only worked for delivery.
