I have been coming here for years. There's a few staff that are awesome but unfortunately they are far and few between. The floor help is horrible and always act like you are in the way of them doing what they are doing. It was snowing last night and I had my pregnant wife and 1 year old child with me. A young man stopped me at the door and told me I couldn't bring my cart outside for safety reasons? I was loosing my temper and didn't want to make a scene so I started pulling my stuff out and my wife went to bring the car around as planned. In the time I got my stuff I watched several people take their carts to their cars... I couldn't walk it to the front of the store? Also isn't having a bunch of cars park up front in a snow storm more dangerous? Another associate offered a hand but I was just trying to leave at that point. Does this place actually have a floor manager? The self checkout has been getting long and people constantly cut. I also spend more time trying to get the attention of staff because the self checkout thinks I'm stealing... than shows me a video of me not stealing... also... what a bad place to put your associates in if I was stealing. Work shouldn't be brutal or not fun at all but it seems like there's a few really good staff and the rest just use it as social time. So we got people trying to stock who are busy and super unfriendly and probably rightfully so. Then we got other staff just talking to each other all day who literally just point me in any direction when I need help finding stuff. And then 1 or 2 people up front that can't seem to get help from anyone else while the checkout line is getting huge and the self check outs keep acting up. When I have my work clothes on I have older people constantly stop me for help so I take my work badge off now before going in. To me it seems like management problems. Once again the people in the front check outs and deli/meat counters are usually very kind and try to be helpful. The rest of everything else going on is hot garbage.

This is probably one of the least modernized King's in my area, but the staff here are so sweet! Sort of reminds one of the grocery stores of days gone by!

The kitchen has declined tremendously; employees don’t know the difference between breasts and thighs. I have sat there while they look at me and continue to do nothing, instead of helping the customer. I’ve walked away and completely left the store twice now. I’ve been going to this King’s for four years, and I don’t know what happened, but they’ve lost it in the kitchen. I worked for Kroger for 10 years in Illinois, and this type of behavior would not be tolerated. I think we need a little more training.

Weird policy for a retailer. I work at another retailer who sells wine, our company policy is you card the person who is paying. This store sent my 30's husband to the car for an id even though i was paying and 40's. I don't get id everyone in a grocery store. So if your kids are home from college and not 21 tell them to stay in the car. Make sure everyone has their id on them, or stay in the car. What a dumb policy for a grocery store were families and couples shop together all the time. Spouse or partner running out the door and you decide to tag along better bring your id cant just hop in the car with sweats people. These policies don't even make since at this point.

This store is a 3 star through and through. Not bad enough for a 2/1 and not good enough for 4/5. The selection is pretty good and it's pretty well stocked. The employees are nice. Unfortunately they are just so understaffed and I don't really know how to offer them any advice on how to change that. They always have ads out and seems like incentives running. One major drawback for me is their lack of multichild carts. They used to have one car cart that broke and other than that I have my 10 month old in the cart and my 3 year old walking, he's well behaved but it just adds to the stress. On top of that, with the 2 kids I prefer to have a human checker. It's very difficult to self checkout with the kids. And check out the self checkout line, it gets so long. Today it was almost 10 people long. With one gal on checkout and all the moms and older people prefer the human checker. Other than that I like the store. They keep it clean, it's just the only king soopers in the area so it's really busy.

Terrible customer service from an employee named Matt everytime i go in this location he is at the self service and he is making rude or sarcastic remarks to customers. Today he was so rude as to comment on what I was buying in a negative manner judging me for my choices on what I wanted to purchase. That is extremely unacceptable when as a customer I'm just trying to buy groceries. So watch out for MATT because he will be rude and judge you for what you buy. I will be avoiding this location because this is one of many bad experiences with Matt from me and my family.

I'm ending my 30 year relationship with King Soopers today. I don't understand how there are no cashiers available at a normal time on a weeknight, and half of the self-checkouts are out of service. If I wanted to ring up each item and look up codes, I would have applied for a position.Next, the camera accused me of stealing every time I grabbed another reusable bag out of my cart. It saved zero time to have me do self-checkout since the worker had to constantly tell the machine I wasn't stealing. You might as well have had them work a regular cash register.I'd threaten to go to Safeway, but since you are merging I guess I'll have to look even further afield.

I love grocery shopping, but I'm so frustrated that this is the closest option to my house. I always wear headphones and go to self checkout, and yet every single time I'm there, one of the male employees gets really close behind me or steps in front of me to help me check out. Some have taken things out of my hands while I'm at self checkout to "help". I'm guessing the manager requires employees to greet every customer, as it helps prevent theft, which is fine. But my experience has been that they get in your face, to the point of harassment.I am always friendly and respond that I'm doing well and don't need assistance. After my last experience, I think I'll just drive down the road to sprouts. The older gentleman came up behind me and raised his voice to tell me how to ring up a veggie. I told him I was good and went to type in my phone number. He chastised me and said that wasn't the right button to ring things up. I told him "yep, just trying to enter my phone number". He responded by raising his voice further and literally yelled "sorry you're having a bad day, just trying to help!!!" At that point I was frustrated and responded "I'm not having a bad day, but I really don't need to be harassed and yelled at". So naturally he yelled back "YOU'RE HARASSING ME!" I was speechless, so I just continued ringing my things up, completely confused why this stuff always happens here.I'm really not sure if it's a man and woman thing and they just don't realize how uncomfortable they make the experience. But it's only ever the male employees, and I've had uncomfortable interactions with a bunch of them. They have taken things out of my hands, pushed me aside to "help", made comments about my body while I'm dressed in a T-shirt and full length pants (so no chance it was what I was wearing), and now yelling in my face. No one should leave the grocery store holding back tears because they've been screamed at by an employee, much less multiple times in one interaction.I work in customer service and know that the customer isn't always right. But these days I dread going to the store because it's always such a degrading experience, for no reason. I just want to get my groceries in peace. I don't go to the store to be chastised and yelled at.

My wife and I frequently use their pickup service and all of there team members are kind courteous and professional. When I picked up an order today, another customer dropped one of her products on the pavement which ruined it. The pickup team member who was helping me saw what happened and didn't hesitate to ask if he could go in and replace that product for her. Great service and highly recommend this location!

Since it's super close to where I live, it makes it really convenient. The store itself is clean and stocked with goods for what you need. Friendly helpful staff that doesn't get agitated by questions or asking for help.Prices can be more expensive than other rival stores but with king soopers card an some coupons I ended up saving over $14 on my recent visit. Store is always busy and lines for checkout can be long but with plenty of self checkouts, it helps mitigate waiting.

I've been using their pickup service about weekly for 4 years. I started using it about when they started offering it. I had cancer at the time, and shopping for myself and two kids was exhausting. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have had that then and loved it so much I continue to this day. These guys do a great job. The produce is at least as good as I'd have picked, probably better. There's no tipping or instacart weirdness, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Grocery shopping is not a chore a dread anymore. I go online, pick what I want, browse the coupons, and they bring it to my car. So easy.

This a an ok store if you don’t need any kind of service. It is rarely well stocked. There were 3 employees in the deli when I was there on 7/31 at 9:20. Two men and one woman made eye contact with me as I was standing at the counter waiting for help. All 3 of them went in different directions. They all came back, talked then one man went towards the meat counter and the other 2 went in the back of the store. This is not the first time the employees have looked past me. The front end managers are clearly over worked because they never wear a smile and are often short with employees and customers. The topics of conversation are often questionable. These employees should know that many people have pretty sharp hearing.I would be shocked if this store was not on Kroger’s chopping block because it should be!
