It’s 12:35 on a Saturday, and they have decided to staff one person in returns. And a sparse amount of employees at the register. There were roughly 20-30 people in lines waiting. Poor employees. These staffing decisions are mind blowing.

If I could give it no stars I would. I went in today 1/8/25 I received bad customer service by cashier. a indian lady named tammi she was very rude to my mother and I after finishing our transaction she walked away and never offered if we wanted a bag. I had to ask for a bag when she walked back with other customers she didn’t full finish helping us out.

I was even thinking of activating my Kohl’s credit card to get the Kohl’s cash, which is the best deal ever. Thanks for saving me the time.

The management at this store was a complete disaster. We politely asked for a price check on some luggage that was clearly sitting in what looked like a 70% off section—no pricing signs, no clarity, just chaos. When I pointed this out, they shrugged off my concerns with a smug “Well, we scanned it,” as if that excused the lack of basic organization. The experience? Absolutely abysmal. Instead of addressing the issue, they just walked away, leaving us standing there like we were the problem. To top it off, the store itself is a hot mess—disorganized shelves and no sense of order. This place needs a serious overhaul.

For the Sephora section; stop asking me so many times if I need something, I’d like to browse in peace without being asked in such a short amount of time if I need assistance. It’s quite bothersome. Also, I was being observed like a hawk and I’m Not comfortable with that hostile behavior so I left. Smh not coming back to kohls BYE

I was exchanging an item today. The line was around 8 people in total, a few less in front of me but only one woman at the counter. Then help came and gave the people in front of me kohls cash for the inconvenience, but then didn’t give me any so felt a bit weird about my experience.

I love the Kohl's at Westminster and have shopped there quite often. But I was really disappointed in the customer service at Sephora. This is my birthday month and the sales associate said "you would get a birthday gift, but we don't have it and can't give anything else, sorry." I love Sephora and have always had excellent customer service there, which is why I stopped shopping at Ulta, but I may need to re-think this. Very disappointed.
