Was worried because of the reviews but the service was extremely efficient. My appointment was at 945, and I was in my car by 10. Everyone was extremely pleasant and blood taking did not hurt at all.

Don’t go here. They treat you like cattle. The woman kept moving the needle further into my arm and hit a nerve while drawing blood. I was sitting there crying due to the pain and she just left the room. No aftercare or anything. I was just told to leave.

I had to come here for a potential employer. I asked the receptionist the wait time, and was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. I waited 50 minutes and then asked for an update. She again said it would be 15 minutes. I was late for work and did not get the lab done. I highly recommend not using this lab.

Violating HIPAA by having everyone sign in by writing their name and birthday on a sheet where everyone can see it. Very rude in general

David drew my blood and was amazing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very upbeat and pleasant. He was careful and I hardly felt a thing. I'll definitely be back to this location from now on. :)

No one will ever pick up the phone. I have a simple question and unfortunately won’t be able to get my labs drawn because no one ever picks up.

Yall are normally pretty good, but I made an appointment for a specific test. Not only did I have to wait, but then I'm informed you don't have the kit, and instead of helping me find a location that has a kit, I'm supposed to call all locations in the area to see if they have it! That is just unprofessional.

Walk-in, checked in and then was back within less than 5 minutes. Megan who drew my blood was amazing! I get my blood drawn all the time and need a butterfly needle. She used a regular one and I didn't feel a thing when she stuck me. Very cheerful and helpful with information period highly recommend them.
Obviously it depends on the time of day for wait times. First thing in the morning, lunch time and in the evening will be the worst time because everyone's trying to get in. Just in case you want to walk in and have no issues..... Thank you LabCorp

lets add that your IT person needs training, maybe fired! I tried to make an appt on line, all was fine through "I am not a robot" and then the "Continue" button does not work. And I have not received an e-mail confirming that I have an appointment. So, I am not going to blame each individual, but apparently the entire management system sucks!

This place was great!! I had an appointment at 10am on a Wed, and I was out the door at 10:15! I checked in from my phone from the email link they sent and was seen within minutes of check in. Everyone was very kind and my lab draw was quick and painless.

This particular LabCorp sucks! You wait 30+ minutes even if you have an appointment and the staff is rude when you ask about it. If they can’t or won’t honor appointment times then they shouldn’t offer them!

Long wait even if you have an appointment. They take walk-ins so the wait could be 5 min or an hour. Roll of the dice.
