Sabrina is too immature and hostile to run the Westminster branch. You can't even ask her a simple question when she's dispatching us. She raises her voice yelling not to tell her how to do her job and threatens not to give you work for the day if you don't back off. To top it off she lies right to your face. If I'm first in line I'm told it's not first come first serve. If I have a middle spot in line I get told to show up earlier. I've been working here for about a year and I can't even count the number of times I've been first in line and she calls her favorites sleeping in bed still to come in and get a job before me. Whenever I'm about to get overtime I'm taken off a ticket Thursday or Friday and I'm told other people need work too. They give my overtime to drug addicts, alcoholics and brown nosers that only come in twice a week. These people give her burritos and sodas as well as other gifts. I saw someone slip Sabrina a $20 bill to get unbillable overtime immediately after I was told I can't have unbillable overtime. I've had countless customers tell me to my face that I am requested AND the email regarding my request was sent to their office. She is a liar plain and simple.EDIT: For the record I am not quitting. I am still actively trying to work for labormax at other branches.

Personally I think that Labor Max Westminster shows favoritism because if you get close to overtime or you going into overtime they will not send you out they will overpass you and put all the people that was came in behind you on tickets and then tell you ain't nothing left after you just sit there for an hour is not fair but they post all this stuff up on the wall saying how it's the best fish best fit for the best business when it ain't Fair they need to overhaul that whole company

This doesn't even deserve 1. Two problems today. I'm come from Englewood. Spending my last to get to work. And if you didn't have work. You should've had the common courtesy to say it's slow . Don't waste my time. And when I got there. You got Spanish workers saying N word this. N word that. When I don't use any racial slurs. And when I said something, they said I have to deal with it . Listen I have to say this. All due respect. But just because you listen to music that promote genocide. Or have a black friend. Or feel like it's okay. Well I hate to burst your bubble. But it's not okay. And not every black men is okay with hearing that. Completely unprofessional.

Have watched Sabrina be rude and confrontational when faced with criticism or a complaint. Seen her lie through her teeth to several people. Watched Sabrina send out her friends that arrived later than the people waiting there early. It is all about favorites and being petty more times than is acceptable. The Shay guy should be the boss. He is honest and straightforward with everyone. Sabrina is ten years to young and emotionally erratic to run anything. The Westminster office lost the 13th and Decatur job because they sent all the wrong people. Now i am on that job thru Labor Finders. Thanks. ?Also, the office staff dont get fired for not showing up on Saturday. We all wait outside like fools and find out nobody is coming. A simple text announcement of what time the office will open Saturday and a cancellation text if they decide not to show up at all. Happens most weekends when Shay does not work. Kay is lazy and worthless. Never shows up on Saturday. I'm done with laborMax, especially Westminster until some changes are made. I hear the Denver office is even more wild than Westminster. Drunkies and dopers always fighting. Sad. All i want to do is work every day and get paid without drama and without being treated like a worthless chump.

LaborMax Staffing is actually an awesome place to work at/for … and to be honest … a legit company to start or start over with opportunities to start your career. With managers such as Shay…who not only takes the time to listen to your specific needs with employment, but also to make sure to fit you with job opportunities that will give you the best chance for success. Its not only Shay, but the office is staffed with managers that are professional, and generally care for your success. Honestly just walk in and meet with anyone…and you’ll feel what I’ve come to expect from this great company.

Westminister labor max are the ones who put me to work. Thankful for the new management . Scott has made all the branches better inthe Denver area by hiring excellent new staff members such as Shay Green who has made the process of day labor go easier and more effecient than the previoous years i have worked here. At one point i was going to quit after the staff kept changing and now its so much better. With k and Sabrina deciding to hang in and learn the front desk and dispach positions, it runs smoother than I ever remwmber it having ran. I think its worth mentioning that that i am more pleased an employee than ever, and i owe it to these people who have made a decision to make things easier on an every day workinv man. Tha ks Westy Labor Max!

Very enlightening! A close friend has worked there, on and off, for years as a flagger. He was last paid a little less than $17/hr. Save this thought.I called them last Thursday about getting two guys to help us move today. I knew it would be expensive but reliable. The said I would get an email with info. Nothing Thurs or Friday. Called again on Monday. Nothing. Called on Tuesday, got the emailed. It was a quote for $2500. That’s two men for 6 hours, or $416/hour. Outrageous. Due to their delay in getting back to me, I had to cancel the move, which is really bad. All kinds of explanations with the quote about how these are “employees”.Let’s unpack this.A flagger is paid $16 something an hour of the $206 per hour the company takes in for his work. There it is.Since you’ve so obviously asked your employees to leave 90% of these reviews, this one is for them. ¡Solidaridad!
