I always have a great experience when I need to go to Lake Arbor! I love the quality of work they do and the fair pricing for the work! This time I worked with Troy. And to be honest that's what I also like about Lake Arbor, no matter who I work with Troy or any of the other staff, I like their honest upfront answers for any questions or concerns I have. I have been and will continue to be a customer for Life!

I am writing to formally acknowledge and commend the exceptional performance on the part of Lake Arbor Truck and Auto and, in particular, Tony Vagianos and Joey Smith. They have not only met all expectations but vastly exceeded them. It is with great pleasure that I express my sincerest appreciation.
Their attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and proactive approach have proved time and again to be unwavering. The quality of the work and the consideration shown me have set the standard such that I will go nowhere else for my car’s needs. The positive and thoughtful attitude with which Mr. Vagianos greets me each time I schedule an appointment, coupled with the quality of service I receive, have set a standard I have yet to find in any other facility.
I cannot recommend Lake Arbor Truck and Auto highly enough. In a day and age in which certain core values seem to have fallen by the wayside, it is faith-renewing to find a facility where honesty and integrity are alive and well.

My 2013 Ram recently passed 100,000 miles. Since I tow travel trailers I wanted its coolant, transmission, diff and transfer case fluids replaced. I also asked that the exhaust manifolds be checked due to previous issues with their bolts breaking, a known issue with the 5.7’s. Sure enough, several bolts were broken, so I opted to have updated manifolds installed. Not an easy job, I’m sure. So far I’m pleased with the results.
I was told that the front brake pads were close to needing to be replaced, as well as my rear shocks, both of which were accurate. However, I felt no pressure from Adam at Lake Arbor to do so once I mentioned that I could do those jobs myself, but I appreciate that Lake Arbor let me know about the issues.
The work was completed in a timely manner and was ready when promised.

Great service. First went in for an alignment on a very lightly lifted Xterra. Their alignment cost is almost half of what 4WP wanted for the same service. Got it back with a solid alignment. I noticed the SLIGHTEST tilt to my steering wheel which probably wouldn't bother 99% of people but I brought back and they were more than happy to reset my wheel.
Then I came back later for emissions diagnostics. Had code P0456 and they tracked the leak down to my fuel pump. Had a new fuel pump and I've been trouble free since!

I’m new to the area and needed maintenance done on my car & this place was, unfortunately, recommended to me by two separate people. Not sure how! I went in to get a squeak checked out, and (Joey?) quoted me $8,100 for a laundry list of problems & services they recommended. This absolutely baffled me, like knocked me out of my seat-shocked. The car isn’t even worth that much. $500 to replace both headlights? In what world. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion (Elite Auto & Truck Repair in Loveland) and thank god I did. The second quote? Only $720 of work necessary. Not sure about you guys but one of those feels extremely outrageous and unethical even. I cannot wrap my head around what kind of people would try to literally steal thousands of dollars from someone seeking assistance. I’m not going to say for certain it’s because I was a young woman by herself with a limited knowledge on cars, but this is not the first of heard of them overcharging women, and I can’t seem to think of another reasonable explanation. If you’re not a man, I suggest you take your car literally anywhere else ?
