Lana was so helpful when we came in to try on Bras. Offered free bra measurements and was very attentive to our needs. She had great suggestions as well! So glad we came in today! Prices are a bit high, but they always have some kind of sale going on.

Horrible service got to the store around 7:30pm knew I had limited time to grab a few bra sale items. The me was no customer service, my giftcard wouldn't work and left the story empty handed and coupon torn up and rushed out because the giftcard issues held these sales women past their hours. My one opportunity a year to be able to afford quality bras and it is shot. Thanks! ☺️ Was not even offered to hold items, try and run card manually, return the giftcard with the original receipt I had and put cash towards purchase. NOTHING.

The sales girl was extremely helpful when we were at the store. But what I think is above and beyond is that I received a card in the mail a few days after my visit. A nice, personalized card. And I know she remembered us because of the nice things she wrote. I'll definitely shop there again.

Good company with cute clothing but do NOT get their credit card. I got it to save $20 ask to pay it off right there at the store the said they can’t do that (which I found odd as every other store I’ve been to can do that) they told me I had to wait for it to come in the mail. This worried for obvious reasons, well lo and behold I missed the letter for the bill. They charged a $21 late fee so almost as much as the amount due. Tried to pay online but the need the card number, which I haven’t gotten the physical card yet, if you talk to a person on the phone they charge you MORE to take your money so I did the automated service which won’t take debit and instead needs the routing and account number from a check. The automated system pauses frantically for around 10 second after every sentence or input so the whole process took stupid long to pay a quick bill. Lane Bryant please get with the time let people pay card off in store and take debit cards for phone payments.

I have been to two other Lane Bryant locations and this one is by far my favorite! TAYLOR WAS AMAZING! She helped me find the correct size bra because of an error at another location and I have never had a better bra shopping experience in my life! She made me feel so confident in my new bra and in my body! I will only be going to this location from now on! ?

Great returns policy and cudtomer service attitudes by staff...even with online purchases! Clearance items always in-style
