I went in to help my dad return an Item and We got help with Erick and he was really nice helped out even more, and then we got help from Amy and she was rude saying that we had to go back to the store that we purchased our item from and return it back at that one all rude up with a high voice. i didn't like that she did that at all, she could have said it more nicer, then i dont remember the guys name took over and way so much nicer to us.

I took my gaming computer in for a new power supply. It was 100% working, it just needed an upgrade. Everything worked before we brought it in. Paid for a power supply and install up front. Came back after I got a text it was done, and they tried to tell me it wasn't turning on at all when they received it, and it needed $800 in parts. Nope. Asked for a refund on the power supply and to call it done. Manager comes over, says he'll give me the refund, then proceeds to try to start an argument with me by telling me I'm basically lying to him. 3 times I say, let's just stop talking and do the refund, and be done. He finally says, (this is his 5th or 6th time trying to get me to argue with him) there's no way it was his people, as they are all on video, and I simply say "there is a lot I could get away with while being videoed." He stands up, says I'm being ridiculous, and refuses the refund. I feel like I'm in a twilight zone episode at this point, so I call the customer service 1-800 number to complain, while in the store. He tries to get me to hand my phone to him mid complaint so "he can talk to them." He then kept saying how they won't do anything to him about my complaint, like he knew he was being unprofessional, but didn't care. Again, more twilight zone. I tell him he can refund me the part, like he said, or I'll just have my credit card dispute and not have to pay it, and keep the part. "Do whatever you need to man." Was his response. So my credit card took the charge off, with no questions, and I have never asked them to do this since getting this card over 3 years ago. This guy is the GM of the store, Will, btw. So since I wouldn't feed into his ego by letting him call me a liar, he lost his store money, and a part, which it turns out, was never installed, and my computer was 100% taken apart inside and not put back together at all. We asked for a power supply install, not a diagnostic, my PC worked perfectly fine, minus shutting off during high end gaming before it was touched by them, and the manager tried to argue with me for 10 minutes after saying he'd give a refund, only to back out when I wouldn't feed into his ego by saying I was lying about something I was not lying about. This guy has no business being in customer service.

if I could give ZERO stars I would. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy let alone this one EVER again and I hope that anyone who wants to shop there reconsiders. I have been looking for an inexpensive laptop and saw they had a "good " deal on one. So I went to make the purchase and saw they offer a trade in program. Well I have a MacBook Air that according to the website was worth a trade in of $325. GREAT! So I enter the information make the purchase and get charged the full amount of the laptop of $425, which is fine because I know that the trade in will be refunded back. So I transferred the money from my savings to make the purchase and get the confirmation that my order is ready for pick up. I get there, they tell me that the trade in is only worth $130. Ok, not happy about it but $130 is better than nothing. THEN they tell me there is some sort of glitch and that it is not letting them process the transaction. In the meantime they HAVE my trade in AND my $425. Then they come back and tell me that they have to REFUND the whole transaction which could take up to five days to get refunded and if I want the laptop I will have ti REPURCHASE It ... of which I DONT HAVE A SPARE $425! I say ok fine I won't do the trade in just give me back my old computer and let me have the one I paid for. NOPE. they tell me I didn't pay for it and the transaction wasn't completed. THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FEOM MY ACCOUNT WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE TRANSACTION WASNT COMPLETE. So yes I was angry and yes I yelled but they have HORRIBLE customer service and now I'm out $425. Do not shop here!!! and what REALLY kills me is that when you ask for the name of their district manager they refuse to give it and when you call the number listed on Google it directs you to a call center and they refuse to connect you to the actual store. Horrible customer service, horrible business if you know what's good for you don't shop there.

I ordered a new LG television and on the delivery day in October the Geek Squad delivery Agent was out sick. The delivery was about to be cancelled however supervisor John Marsh was able to pull together a team and I got my delivery on time. Double Agent Daniel Jay Rainey and assistant Brian Welsh came to my residence and completed a superior installation.I highly recommend Best Buy and this team.Chuck

Derrick in appliances was amazing! We bought a cafe fridge we had already p Ike's out; we knew exactly what we wanted. Derick had us in and out in a flash. Fridge came on time and in mint condition! We will be back!

Worst customer service ever! A whole bunch of teenagers standing around and talking to each other. You would think if you're making a $1000 purchase... the would be more be more helpful. I came in for a GoPro, and an Apple Watch. Knew exactly what I wanted. Took about 30 minutes to search for two different people to get two different keys. Honestly feel like Walmart right next-door would've been quicker.

I had a rough time with my PC hunt. Had bought 2 different models and both took a dookie on me. I was disappointed to say the least. I walked into Sheridan store. I wish I got there names but they took the time too problem solve the issue with my purchase, they also piece by piece built me a gaming PC. And saving me money at the same time. I haven't received it yet it's still in the process but Im hopeful. Geek squad Sheridan shot out you all are fantastic. And I appreciate you because I know I am a pain in the @$s and they still got me taken care of. Hopefully the higher ups do some digging because these guys deserve some gratitude.

I went in to buy my first laptop ever today. I had been researching various makes and models. Preston helped me right away. He asked all of the right questions (what will you be using this for, is there a certain brand you want, how much storage, what price range) and we decided on a Surface Laptop Go for Business. I added The Windows Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 2 year warranty and Geek Squad protection, plus a keyboard and mouse and it totaled $1299.00. This is Microsoft's lightest model, at 2.5 lbs. only downside is that, with school starting and people working from home, it could take up to 4 days to have them load it up.All staff members were masked and social distancing is well marked out. Most people were wearing masks, but a few were not. Hand sanitizer and hand wipes were all over the store, so you can try typing on your computer before buying it. There is also a price-match guarantee.Parking is abundant. Staff members were courteous and there is no high-pressure add-on sales here. All around, a good experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I won't get into details, but a very real problem arose from no fault of mine. They made it very clear, however, that they were were doing me a favor by selling me product worth close to $1000. Will NEVER shop at worst buy again.

Hi went to best buy to exchange my printer Caroline helped me out doing an exchange for my printer that gave out I hoped to up grade the only thing I did not get the same price match as my printer my daughter paid when we exchanged hers thats the only draw back PAID extra 125 Should have priced the same amount i paid in June. 2020 . And earlier went to best buy at 1400 Denver W Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80401 to buy a SAMSUNG S-20 5G CELL PHONE they said it dont come unlocked the sales lady i have to buy an AT&T contract but that not true cause just bought my daughter in law one 3 months ago unlocked she would not budge . So I ended up going to target to get the phone and getting a 200. Gift card paid 100 more but in long run it was un locked . So one best buy is good other dont go too

This is absolutely the WORST store of any kind I have ever had to deal with, payed for a remote car starter and set up appt for install, waited the 4 weeks for their first available appt, drove 1.5 hours from home in Colorado Springs up to Westminster for the appt and they notify me THEN that I have to reschedule my appt, I really wish they could have called or sent an email to notify me so I did not waste half of my Sunday driving to and from an inconsiderate staff. I will NEVER shop best buy ever again.

OMG where do I start? If I could give this company/store a ZERO, I would. I'll start by saying they are great when you are purchasing something and matching a competitors price - but after that they are worth a penny. We purchased a refrigerator and had it installed in record time. I say record time, because we were told by the installer that they had only 20-minutes to install the refrigerator, which explains a lot. That was two days ago. Today, I opened the freezer drawer to have water POUR out of the drawer all over the kitchen hardwood floors! This happened prior to me being able to call the store, since they don't open until 10am. At 10am, I called the store and was put on hold for 20-minutes before speaking with anyone. Only to be told that I needed to speak with another department. After being transferred and told my wait time would be only 3-minutes, it took another 10 before the call was picked up and promptly disconnected me. So, I looked up online Best Buy and call their toll-free customer service line. They did answer in under 3-minutes as the recording claimed. When the customer service woman was having trouble finding the order, I asked "would be able to have someone come out today?" She explained "no", it would have to be scheduled. When I went on to say that the appliance is leaking onto our hardwood floors and that was unacceptable. When I went on to say more about how many towels I had used to soak up the water leak, she put me on hold without explaining. How RUDE!!! This is not my first experience with the "shoddy" customer service of this organization, but it will DEFINITELY be my LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't get anyone to help me in computers. Door greeter said he'd get someone over to me when I walked in. Stood around in the computer section for 15 minutes, even asked 3 different employees if they could answer a few questions they all told me they were busy. I did notice several times they'll drop what they're doing if an attractive female walks into their section and they'll chew their ear off.
