Quick and excellent service. I was needing a new mattress before Christmas and they’re able to do that for me. I think the manager at the 88th St. and Wadsworth is very good as well. He was also very helpful with a salesman that was dealing with me.

Ryan was awesome helping us pick a mattress for the guest room and for my teenager’s room. He gave us lots of options and always ready with a lower priced alternative. Highly recommend!

Could tell the employees were just there to be get a raise. I have been wanting a purple pillow for my birthday and so we went to a mattress firm near a target I was so giddy I went in there and made a quick 360 look around and didn’t see anything so I chose to resort to my worst fear asking an employee. My fears were correct she snapped back at me and said “No we do not sell them here go somewhere else.” I was astonished by the workers rudeness and so we left and looked up where they do sell it. There was one next to our Costco that we go to so we decided to go there. As soon as we got there I saw the purple marketing and knew that I would be coming home with a purple pillow. We walk in and go straight to the purple section. There was a few and I found the one that I had came in for. Once we found it a lady that worked there came up to us and said “Are you thinking of buying this?” And we just said yes and she led us to the place where we make the purchase and we explained how I’ve been wanting this since I was in the womb and for this birthday I decided it was all I wanted. She said yes it’s a great choice I’m still wanting to get it but she didn’t which is odd because she was telling us how amazing they were and recommending it so much. At this point I realized she was just trying to sell us the pillow because it is pretty expensive and she would be closer to a raise. We bought it and while we were making the purchase she kept bringing up a survey for her service so she could get a raise. She then told us that it was not in stock and we would have to order, that was crazy and I almost had a heart attack but luckily I didn’t but what I did do was accept because we didn’t want to drive around the state just to get the same response. It is showing up in 3 to 5 days which I will be making sure it does not show up a singular day later if it does I will be sad and that would not be very cool. All in all great experience getting to lay on all the mattresses (which are outrageously expensive)

Ryan was super helpful, highly recommend. He listened to my needs and gave me recommendations accordingly, he also provided great insight on mattress types. I did not feel pressured to buy something out of my price range, ultimately very happy with my purchase and the overall experience!

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to shop for beds and mattresses at Mattress Firm. Summer was our representative and honestly I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism she brings to this business. She has followed through on every detail this purchase and delivery has needed. She is so dedicated to making the customer feel valued and appreciated. She a real asset to Mattress Firm.
