I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mercedes Benz of Westminster and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff (Nate M). Nate took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary repairs. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. Nate kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs in detail and providing fair pricing options. Not only did they complete the repairs promptly, but they also went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection and offering preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. Was in need of all weather mats for my MB. Saw them online, but alot of variation in quality & price. Decided I would purchase from a dealer so I could see the product & knew it would be OEM. Checked around MB dealers all over metro area & MB Westminster was only dealer who had them in stock. Price was more reasonable than online sources. Totally professional & only top quality! Very pleased!

We dropped our van off and right away, Kamal said they would probably have our van for two weeks as they had a lot of other vans to work on. We appreciated the honesty & got great communication each time they had an update. They honored our Power Train Warranty like we thought but happy we didn’t have to fight them on cost. Overall very happy & problem was fixed on our van!

A very nice visit, seems more like a country club than an auto dealership. BUT of course it comes with a price. Brought vehicle in for 3 recalls, all fixed at no cost but recommended addition service was thousands. Think I'll pass and use a good independent mechanic

My 2013 Sprinter was dropped off to Alec Cherry and his team for some mystery noises and various dashboard lights. I thank Alec for going above and beyond to tailor the service to my budget. I don't usually leave reviews, but I really need to warn others about this place. This dealership is, by far, the worst dealership I've ever been to. Unprofessional, shoddy worksmanship, and unethical business practices.When I first arrived for an oil change, I asked the service rep (Kelsey) if she could also ask the tech how to adjust the headlights on my G550 that I had just bought. She said they probably aren't adjustable. I should have known right then that this wasn't a place I should be trusting my vehicle to.Despite scheduling an appointment, they didn't get started on my oil change until I had already been there for 90 minutes. Kelsey then informed me that the nut on the filter housing cap on my vehicle had been rounded off and they wouldn't be able to change the filter. They didn't have another filter cap in stock, so I left with an unfinished oil change. On the way home, I got a warning light that said the oil was overfilled.The next day, I took it to another mechanic who couldn't believe they claimed they couldn't get the filter cap off. He got it off in 10 seconds with a strap wrench-- a tool that every mechanic should have. Plus, he actually used the oil level screen to fill it with the correct amount of oil.For the pleasure of waiting over 2 hours for a simple (unfinished) oil change at this Mercedes dealership, I was charged $283. But they tried to get even more out of me. According to the mechanic, my air filters "Are very filthy. Air boxes full of debris. Recommend replacement of the engine air filters" for $297. I had the independent mechanic take a look at the air filters and they were literally brand new (see attached photo). And the air boxes were spotless too.I would highly recommend avoiding this unprofessional and untrustworthy dealership.

I want to give a special shout-out to Austin for showcasing an outstanding level of customer service. Today, I visited for a car wash (a wonderful perk that comes with purchasing a car from them), and as usual, there was a wait. Austin greeted me upon arrival, and when I inquired about the wait time, he asked what would be acceptable. I requested "could it be done within 30 minutes", to which he confidently responded, "No problem." True to his word, Austin came to get me before the 30-minute mark, expressing apologies for not completing everything he had planned, but the result looked absolutely fantastic. In an era where genuine customer service is becoming increasingly rare, I feel compelled to express my satisfaction in encountering someone as courteous as Austin. It was evident that he not only excelled at his job but also genuinely enjoyed working with the public. Hats off to Mercedes Benz of Westminster for having such exceptional employees!

After weeks of being given the run around, Mercedes of Westminster finally came through with service options for my sprinter. I would be hesitant to buy a Mercedes again because it seems nearly impossible to get your vehicle serviced but finally after explaining my difficult situation to Alec I was able to get in and get the recall issue fixed on my brand new vehicle. Alex deserves recognition here! His customer service was great.
