My partner and I were very happy with the service provided by Move Mortgage. Tiffani, our loan officer, was extremely helpful, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. She helped us to navigate the ins and outs of the loan application process, and we are very appreciative for all her help in getting us set up with our new home! My wife and I are first-time homebuyers, and we had the privilege of working with Move Mortgage throughout the process.On the whole, Tiffani, Shanel, Briauna, and the MM team were FANTASTIC! They were incredible responsive (lightning quick!), took the time to answer any and all questions we had, communicative (i.e., telling us when they'd be out of office or taking PTO), and both kind and supportive.I never thought that navigating the mortgage process—as complicated and overwhelming as it can be—would feel as straightforward as it did. In this market, there is only one mortgage company to go to and one mortgage rep that will make the process easy, explain things well along the way, give the best rate possible, while keeping your buying or refinance process stress free. We had Ashley Powell, with Move Mortgage, as our mortgage rep. Never before have we experienced such a seamless experience. She kept us in the fun of buying our new home while she worried about the loan process. Ashley works with an amazing team, and everyone from the underwriters to the processors, all had our best interests at heart. Highly recommend Move Mortgage and highly recommend Ashley Powell as your mortgage rep. Best mortgage experience we have ever had in our 30 years of buying and selling homes.
