They are dishonest and thieves, I went and bought 2 tires for the front and I did an alignment and before a month the tires were worn, they did not do the alignment, and I went to make the claim and they did not respond to me

Took my tires to be exchanged and the balance was off from the get-go, we were going out of town so we left the car parked and I called on our way home letting them know that the balance was off and that we were not going to be able to return until sometime after, Jose said that it was okay and when I finally went back the owner asked me to repay for the balancing again. He really didn't care for customer service or for the fact that I had told them that it was off from the very beginning. He knows how to charge and nickel and tell me you, but he has no idea as to what customer service is or even keeping his word. If you are expecting good service and a fair price I would go somewhere else. I'm never coming back and do not recommend going to this place. The owner can care less about you ππ€·π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ.
I took my tires to have them changed. The swing was bad from the beginning but I was going out of town that day in another car so I called them later to let him know that I wasn't going to be able to return that day and that it was going to take a while to get back and JosΓ© said it was fine. When I was finally able to return, the owner told me that he had to charge me again for the balancing because it had taken me a while since I had let them know the same day on the way to the house when they first did the service. He does know how to charge but he doesn't know how to serve his customers. I am not going to return and I do not recommend anyone to go to this establishment who expects service and a good price. The owner cares ππ€·π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ.

Do not come here/ Do not come here
I went to have a tire mounted and balanced after they finished the traction control light all of a sudden came on. They will mess with your car and recommend to fix what they just messed with. very shady
This place is a scam. You go for one thing and then they get involved to break something else and then they recommend you fix it later. This place is garbage. Don't go there, I assure you, they will tranze you.

SHADY BUSINESS!!!
I have been coming here for tire rotation, patches, and changing out seasonal tires. For a little over a year.
I had previously been in to swap summer tires out for winter tires which at the time one tire had a nail in it. I asked for them to patch the nail but put on my winter tires. I paid for the patch and the swap out of the tires.
Today I go back to have my winter tires removed and the summer swapped out. They did that, within a mile it felt like my tire was going to fall off. Turns out they didn't even tighten the tire down enough. Plus it still had the nail it, one they surely had seen when they put the tire back on, and didn't fix the last time I was there.
When I brought my car back a 3rd time to talk about the nail I was told I'm not talking to a 10year old boy but a business man. And if I am not happy with his service to go somewhere else. He doesn't need customers like me, one who has paid hundreds over the last year or two. Quite frankly I don't need a business like you.
Fine I'll never be back and I suggest you choose one of the many other tire shops within a mile of this place.

The owner is grossly incompetent and then treats you like a stray dog when you come back and ask them to fix their mistakes. I own a business as well and would never treat loyal customers this way over a patch job. Or lack there of..!!!

Hello people went to put air in tire here and charged for just air be aware of paying extra, do your homework on what your paying for I feel little company's are taking advantage of inflation. Go to discount tire air is free.

Very friendly, fast, and fair. This will be my go to from now on. I went to 5 different places before coming here. Other places were trying to charge me $350! This place did the same work and replacement for $130. I am so grateful.

Very bad and terrible service yesterday an 18 year old girl went to get her tire flattened and the OWNER touched her, she spoke to the police but they didn't do anything and the OWNER was almost mocking.... Just so that women who go alone should be very careful

I went here and got charged $425.00 dollars for two tires and an alignment. The tires sold to me were Hancock which I found the same tires for $90.00 apiece and an alignment for $75.00 so why did they charge me $425.00 I feel like I got taken advantage of so if you go to this place be careful what they charge you. I was stupid for trusting this place ohh and the alignment My car still pulls to the right. Plus I noticed that they went through the car looking to see what I had in it bad place
