It's not everyday that you need help from THREE different employees when all you are doing is making copies... but sometimes life is hard ;) Grady started me off with showing me how to work the machines based on my differing copy needs. A+ customer service. Melissa helped me get a machine unjammed and finally Jacob helped me with a complicated binder system. THANK YOU all so much for making this easy(er) than what is was turning out to be. You rock.

Print staff and store staff are extremely attentive, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. All staff demonstrate a commitment to working together to meet the needs of the customer.
Kaylea made every effort to ensure our multiple and varied print jobs were completed to our satisfaction for my daughter’s wedding. Kaylea worked diligently through a program system error that was especially challenging and time consuming.
Kaylea demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to providing superior customer service.
Kaylea and the entire store staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, thorough, and efficient, leaving quite an impression on this extremely satisfied visitor from the east coast. Thank you Westminster, CO Office Depot for taking good care of us while visiting your store!! Highly recommended!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Jacob for prioritizing my urgent print job. I initially thought I could handle the printing at home, but when unexpected printer issues arose, Jacob stepped in with empathy and compassion. He not only understood the urgency of my situation but also found a prompt solution, ensuring everything was taken care of seamlessly.
Additionally, I must mention Grady, the assistant manager. Grady's positivity is truly contagious. Every interaction with him leaves you feeling more upbeat and energized. Walking out of the store after being assisted by Jacob and Grady always puts a smile on my face. Their exceptional service and uplifting attitudes make a world of difference.

Grady who works in the Westminster location, gave me the best customer service experience I’ve had in years! Very unexpected and a welcome change from the lack luster attention I’ve had, in the way of customer service in Colorado in general! Saved me 30mins of my own fumbling and figuring out the process of faxing, while on the clock! Kudos Grady! Excellent job, personality, and professionalism!

Came into the store on a Friday morning, right when the store opened. I was greeted by a very friendly employee, Grady, a welcome surprise so early in the day! Grady was so helpful in asking what I was looking for, I gave him my list and he told me to go pick out the items that required my personal preference and he gathered the rest, printer paper, ink, etc. He also suggested I sign up for the yearly perks program. The yearly cost to join the program was saved on this one purchase. Very much appreciated Gradys candor and help to get me on my way quickly! You've got a great employee there!
