“Original review: “I purchased this Vitrazza Glass Floor Mat in five years ago. I routinely clean it and today, I noticed the surface has begun to "fog" it's not on the surface of the glass and it will not come out. On my dark blue office carpet, this mat looks horrible. I have reached out for warranty support.”
Update: I changed the overall rating from one star to five stars within 24 hours of me posting my previous review I was reached via phone call from Vitrazza customer support. After a brief discussion, it was determined that the flaw in my floor mat appears to be an anomaly. The company has arranged for a replacement under the warranty and intern, I will return the faulty item via prepaid shipping. I am truly amazed with the level of customer support, and an overall attitude of product improvement to prevent such a defect occurring in the future to others. Five stars to Vitrazza!!!”

“I visited Desks Incorporated with my daughter Alexa to purchase desks for our newly renovated office. Martha took great care of us, walked us through a lot of options, and helped us find the right desk set for our space.
The desks were delivered to our office and expertly assembled by Robert and his team, Dillon and Remi. Without complaint, they moved everything upstairs, assembled the desks, fit the pieces into our spaces with care and precision, and even took all the boxes with them.
Our team is delighted with the new office environment. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Desks Incorporated.”
“I stopped by the Herman Miller store in Denver while I was in town because I’ve been considering the Embody chair for a few years. Kathryn helped me while I was there and the whole experience was great.
She walked me through all the adjustments on the chair, explained some of the design and history behind it, and let me take my time trying everything out. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all. She gave me a quote, emailed it over, and encouraged me to think about it rather than trying to pressure me into buying on the spot.
After my trip I reached out to her again with a few questions and she was just as helpful over email. That level of customer service honestly played a big role in me deciding to go ahead and purchase the Embody.
Now that I have the chair, I love it. It’s incredibly comfortable and you can tell immediately that it’s high-quality and will last for years. Huge thanks to Kathryn for making the whole process easy and enjoyable.”

“After much research on task chairs for my husband‘s home office, I selected the perfect chair with all of the elements I was looking for: contemporary design, well structured headrest, lumbar support, comfortable cushioned seat & armrests, & breathable mesh construction. The chrome base and wheels moved easily and smoothly. At half the cost of the Hermann Miller prototypes, I was very happy to find this at the relax the back store. I was offered 15% off, I received help loading it into my SUV, and my husband is thrilled with the comfort and the look of his new chair.”

“I have hired The Cubicle Specialists several times over the years. Most recently the job including moving 27 workstations to a new location and adding another 22. The relocation went without a hitch! The guys were friendly and worked really well together. When the new workstations arrived the whole project was completed in the exact timeframe the manager predicted. They made me look good with my superiors and that’s always a plus! “Shout out to Alex for being an outstanding customer service staff member! He should be the manager, he was so helpful, kind and patient. I have a neurological disorder and your printer was really giving me a hard time, the manager was very rude to me but Alex checked on me as I was exiting the store empty handed and he said “oh please come with me and I’ll take care of the problem” It was the system not me and he printed my documents on a different printer. I really needed those. His compassion for my anxiety meant so much to me whereas the manager was a cold horrible man who walked away and could care less. I almost left without my needed purchase printed and a horrible impression of Office Depot. So thankful to Alex for helping me and noticing I was upset, very rare these days, he’s a very special guy and should be recognized for his wonderful heart and knowledge, the manager didn’t know how to do it. “I have a pair of vintage Harter industrial chairs with glides that are nearly impossible to find replacements for. When one went missing in a cross country move, I went to Ace and Home Depot with no luck. I could find them online but there were minimum requirements for orders I couldn't make work. When an associate at Ace told me about Rathbun, we swung by to see if it's something they might have. The folks here are so kind and knowledgeable. We talked through what we thought we needed sight unseen, and he told me to come back in with the chair to see if they had the right fit. I came back the following week and he found the right chair glide, installed it, and because it was such an inexpensive part didn't even charge me for it. You can't find that quality in customer service anymore. I'll certainly be keeping them in mind for any future needs I might have, and would gladly send anyone I know their way. If you are in need of casters or glides, come here.”
