“After developing some back problems with one of those cheap race car gaming chairs, I figured it was about time to get a grownup chair. I'm very tall, and from reviews most chairs are designed for folks up to about 6'2" so if you're taller than that to go try them out before buying anything. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Kim. She asked me about my use case and after listening recommended a couple chairs to try. I ended up going with the standard Embody in the nightfall. The sales experience was lovely, and Kim was a delight to work with. If you're in the market for a chair I'd highly recommend coming down to see them in person and ask for Kim!”

“We order toner as soon as the machine gives us the warning; for the Magenta cartridge it was 3-4 months between the order and the actual installation time. Upon attempted install, it was determined that a very similar cartridge was sent, but it was not the correct one. I called my local All Copy team and while they didn't have the correct one in stock locally, they expedited one from another site and it was here the next day.”

I contacted MDPocket for them to send me 2 new batteries and instructions on how to change them. Instead, MDPocket immediately sent me out 2 replacement clear calculators.
