Had a great experience shopping at the store with Kathryn. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in my choice of the right chair, size and options for me and my daily needs. They have a great selection and her post sale follow up was amazing!

Working with Sophia to order a new office chair was great. She was very friendly walking me through the design features, color options, warranty, etc. She gave me a quote and time to think it over. It was a high level of service that made for a nice buying experience.

The products are, of course, the best available. What's more, Sophia was delightful and very helpful! She quickly assisted me in narrowing down my selection to a chair that was in stock. It's too bad that I have only rare occasion to buy a great office chair.
