Iv always loved old navy, since I was a teenager. Todays visit to the Old Navy in the Orchard Town Center in Westminster was good visit, other then the poor customer service from the lady who rang up our items. I have used the same number for years for our rewards and for some reason the number wasn’t working. I asked her if there was anyway she can look it up another way or if she can punch in the number on her side to see if it works. She said no that she can see the same number on her side. I told her we were recently in the store and used the number. She flat out just didn’t want to help and didn’t even offer to sign up for a new one. We got no “thank you, have a good evening. The cashier Amania, Armenia, whatever her name is, work on your customer service. If you don’t like your job and don’t like interacting with people maybe find something that better suits you. Everyone else who was working in the store were polite, welcomed us in and just checked in on us.

Love Old Navy, especially for my basics, like 1st layers, T-shirts, and shopping, especially Christmas, Birthdays and Sales for my Family.
Plus their cyber security staff is also 5 stars.

I do not appreciate the racism and discrimination of the general manger robin primavera. I do not appreciate how she talks and treats her employees, very disrespectful. I called and filed a complaint with corporate and spoke with a higher up by the name of Jared and I really hope they get something done. The GM should not be in her position if she treats her employees like that in front of other colleges and customers. If nothing was documented by HR and reported to corporate then that individual should not have a position in HR either. Many businesses owners that I know including myself shop at that orchard mall in Westminster and as business owner we have zero tolerance of any racist or discrimination in our business. I really hope the GM is relieved of her position and replace with someone who cares about their employees......Old Navy needs to do better. I do not want to even give a one star rating but can not go below that but I give a -4 stars for this type of behavior.

Can’t believe I saw a manager “Jared” , I’m assuming he’s a manager, treat his employees the way he did in front of all us customers watching and listening … over credit cards ? … I won’t be going back to old navy at all because if this behavior is happening in one store , what’s going on in the others… SO SAD

Overall, I’m pleased with the service here until I get to the person behind checkout. When trying to get you to get their credit card they continue talking about it after politely saying no thank you a few times and once they get the final no become rude after that. There’s no thank you have a nice day, nothing. That has been every checkout person every time I’ve been in. I get that they encourage their employees to do that and I’m sure they’re incentivized for it but when someone tells you no thank you several times you don’t have to be rude.

Helpful and friendly sales associates! I was there for an online order pickup, but noticed something in the window. Was immediately greeted and I asked her where I could find it and she took me all the way across the store to show me. Then my order pickup was fast and I was out the door!
