Idk if I got our recent box directly from this store or not, but the steaks weren't properly sealed so they CAME freezer burned, the burgers were GREY and smelled rancid, the hot dogs had some weird film on them. We got one for Christmas last year and it was great! This year? Absolute trash. I'll never order Omaha products again. What a waste of money

I could write a book on the terrible experience I had here. I’ll sum it up by saying after bringing my $1200+ order in and out of the store five times asking for it to be right and being accused of trying to get free things, I will never be back. The red haired lady with an accent goes down as the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Went to a dinner when was his wife I've never seen littler pieces of meat in my day. Sports bike for a what is that a big 3 oz I think the smallest I've seen in a restaurant 4 oz or 6 oz your hamburgers are the same way by the time they cook down you can't even find them in the bun. I how you could eat all four boxes and still be hungry you're not going to sit for friends down to the size of the meat that they give you without putting out lots of sides salad potatoes

I'm still waiting on an order that I placed 3 weeks ago. No response from customer service. I'm going to dispute charges on my card since I've received no product from them.
I was excited to give them a try and even had my family on board to order consistently given the "deals" they offer! Not good service nor communication!

I’ve gotten a box for a few years now as a gift and the food is delicious. Meats are great, especially the sirloin steaks! Comes with easy instructions. Gave as a gift to our mom this year and they love how easy and delicious the meals are. I love the individual packaging. And the apple tartlets are amazing! Will definitely order again.

Thought I would give Omaha Steaks another try for a holiday ham. Big mistake. They sent me the wrong thing and customer service is very difficult to get ahold of. No email, no chat, just a phone number with an extremely long (more than an hour) wait time.

I have been trying to get off their email list, to unsubscribe for the daily specials. Any suggestions how to get off the list? I get enough emails daily, and don't need one every day from Omaha Steaks. Will not order another steak until I get off the daily list.

I spent about $1,000.00 buying meat from this company for Christmas gifts for my family. I should have given them gift certificates to buy the meat locally. None of them were happy with the meat. Several said the scalloped potatoes were terrible and threw them out. I thought Omaha Steaks was supposed to be excellent but it certainly isn’t. What a waste of money and an embarrassment. This is very very expensive. Never again! Folks, don’t waste your money with these people. Their customer service is lousy.

The food here is good, but their gimmicky pricing structure leads me to believe the Managers make it up as they go along. I saw a great deal on line for some prime rib. Called the store 2X and asked if the $75 price is accurate. I arrive at the store and was told for that pricing an additional purchase is required. I wouldn't have minded if they told me that prior to me driving a half hour. Being the holiday, the store was crowded. The young man grabbed them from the case then explained about the additional required purchase. I raised my voice ever so slightly and said you didn't tell me that over the phone. This drew the attention of the patrons and the Manager. The Manager quickly said he would honor the pricing without the additional purchase. Problem solved. I have shopped here many times and there is always some sort of catch to the advertised price that brings you to the store in the first place. Confirm, confirm, confirm with this place. Get a name, and re confirm. That's all I got about this place.

I ordered a huge thanksgiving dinner from them that was almost $200. Everything was stored and prepared according to the instructions. The whipped sweet potatoes came out of the oven completely liquified, nothing was added to them. They were thrown away. The green bean casserole tasted heavily of chemicals. They were thrown away. The ham was chewy and very fatty, no one ate it. The mashed potato were excellent, and the only thing that didn’t make it to the garbage besides the bread.

I'm sick and food tanabata, snap, Colorado health, says, "allowed in this state only for cold food purchases "If that's the case I should be Llowed to order my food and have shipped, dropped off, or delivered , Omaha steak need to work well with weight watches,gourmet chef, and Karen's bakery.
