Thought I would give Omaha Steaks another try for a holiday ham. Big mistake. They sent me the wrong thing and customer service is very difficult to get ahold of. No email, no chat, just a phone number with an extremely long (more than an hour) wait time.

I have been trying to get off their email list, to unsubscribe for the daily specials. Any suggestions how to get off the list? I get enough emails daily, and don't need one every day from Omaha Steaks. Will not order another steak until I get off the daily list.

I spent about $1,000.00 buying meat from this company for Christmas gifts for my family. I should have given them gift certificates to buy the meat locally. None of them were happy with the meat. Several said the scalloped potatoes were terrible and threw them out. I thought Omaha Steaks was supposed to be excellent but it certainly isn’t. What a waste of money and an embarrassment. This is very very expensive. Never again! Folks, don’t waste your money with these people. Their customer service is lousy.

The food here is good, but their gimmicky pricing structure leads me to believe the Managers make it up as they go along. I saw a great deal on line for some prime rib. Called the store 2X and asked if the $75 price is accurate. I arrive at the store and was told for that pricing an additional purchase is required. I wouldn't have minded if they told me that prior to me driving a half hour. Being the holiday, the store was crowded. The young man grabbed them from the case then explained about the additional required purchase. I raised my voice ever so slightly and said you didn't tell me that over the phone. This drew the attention of the patrons and the Manager. The Manager quickly said he would honor the pricing without the additional purchase. Problem solved. I have shopped here many times and there is always some sort of catch to the advertised price that brings you to the store in the first place. Confirm, confirm, confirm with this place. Get a name, and re confirm. That's all I got about this place.

I ordered a huge thanksgiving dinner from them that was almost $200. Everything was stored and prepared according to the instructions. The whipped sweet potatoes came out of the oven completely liquified, nothing was added to them. They were thrown away. The green bean casserole tasted heavily of chemicals. They were thrown away. The ham was chewy and very fatty, no one ate it. The mashed potato were excellent, and the only thing that didn’t make it to the garbage besides the bread.

I'm sick and food tanabata, snap, Colorado health, says, "allowed in this state only for cold food purchases "If that's the case I should be Llowed to order my food and have shipped, dropped off, or delivered , Omaha steak need to work well with weight watches,gourmet chef, and Karen's bakery.

I love this place. I needed a gift and I saved so much with coupons and By one and get one. Zach was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend stoppibf by and seeing the specials they have daily.

There was a very, very awkward situation while I was in today around 1:30 and witnessed employee Bridget YELL at the young man also working there. It was seriously so awkward. Why she would yell at him like that especially infront of a customer.... Not cool. That was very rude to treat him that way. I almost didn't buy anything and walk out, I was in shock I witnessed her keep yelling at him, saying "Go away" and "You are standing too close to me, coughing down my neck".... I never ever heard him cough. I couldn't believe it.

I paid almost double shipping fees to have it delivered on a specific day knowing the recipient was not home on the Free day they offered. It was still delivered 1 day early and is still sitting on the porch waiting for a porch pirate.They could have sent a request to change the date and I would have picked a later date.

I have always bought online. I got a coupon for 50% to buy from the new physical store. Even with the 50% off this place is a huge rip off. I could get 5 X the amount from my regular butcher. This place is a total joke!!!! Now I won't order from you online ever again!

Placed a Christmas order for multiple family members of over $600, which we were compelled to cancel due to unclear and downright deceitful information on the online ordering, compounded by terrible, callous, and ignorant phone customer service. We cancelled our $600+ Christmas order (which, btw, will take an unreasonable 10 days to have returned) and will never again consider ordering from the Omaha Steaks company.

Omaha Steaks, over the years can be hit or miss. There are a few things on their menu that I absolutely love. And a few things, I can move on. But right now during covid times, it seems like there a lot of the things that I like online are not available. So, I got a mailer last week about a friends and family deal- where you go instore and get 50% everything. If you get the right things, it is actually a pretty decent deal (in a mail order steak world, that is). The stores aren't usually crowded, and the freezers are easy to shop through. So, I figured with such an inviting mailer, it would be an easy trip. I work in Henderson, live downtown, and my options for OS are either Westminster or south Denver. Since I was coming from work, I thought the one in Westminster would be easier. The shopping center is nice, but its one of those one way weird things (have fun trying to turn left legally out of there). When I pulled in a spot, it showed me a yellow sign and gave me a weekly special list. It told me to call to place an order. The menu was weak, IMO, and didn't even have the sauces/seasonings/etc on it. Do you know how annoying it is to place a phone order of guessing games (especially when you want to buy like 15 things?). I understand for the safety, but I mean, one person can't just peruse the freezers at a time? It would make things a lot easier. Needless to say, I skipped the sale (I didn't want to have to drive back up there), and ordered a bunch of hopefully decent stuff online to arrive Thursday. Maybe when things calm down and they allow people back in the store, I will go back, but thanks for the teaser, mailer.

Meh, I feel the quality of their products is sub par. I tried it as I was given a gift card. The quality didn't match the price point. If I want good meat I'll continue to go to Whole Foods. Happy that I didn't spend my own money.

I have been shopping here for years. In order to understand the quality and value of Omaha Steaks you have to understand the aging of the steaks, etc. These aren't the same steaks that are sold at your local grocery store with the exception of the aged meats. With that being said I typically only take advantage of the sales. I have never had a poor experience at this location and find the selection far superior to most meats I get at the grocery store 5 stars from me and twice on Sundays. Just do some research in advance and understand what Omaha Steaks is before hand and you won't be disappointed.

We love the selection and quality of the meat from Omaha! Burgers for parties is the smartest decision you will ever make! The meat is tender and tasty all while the burger holds its size! Amazing! For a delicious treat you can't skip the apple tarts and chocolate over load cakes!
