Associates were hanging out behind the counter, dropping Fbombs. They did tell customers where items were located and pointed at the aisle. Went to check out, and finally got the clerk to look up from a drawing he was doing on scratch paper. I asked for a manager, and his reply was not in the store today.

A mistake was made by an employee and I was given the wrong part despite my concerns. I went back the next day and Joseph assisted me and addressed my concerns. If it wouldn't have been for Joseph I would've given 2 or 3 stars. He listened and then actually understood what I was saying.

Nothing against the people that work here, but when the price of a replacement bulb is over twice what it costs on Amazon it is hard to not feel scammed.
I was fully expecting to pay 10-15% more for the "convenience" of picking this up locally, but why pay extra to hunt down the item myself in the store and then wait 5 minutes to be checked out?
At least your stock price recently hit an all time high and your shareholders are happy.

There’s been a couple times where I would end up getting attitude when I request for assistance. Today was a boy in his 20s, black hair about 6, no care in the world. Not much of help. He will laugh at your face if you said something stupid though. And when he gave me the wrong piece. I asked for assistance from another person. I thought “maybe I’ve been getting the wrong lightbulb this whole time.” it didn’t matter ,instead of checking for me if it was or not. He just gave me attitude and returned the part to me. I just asked for my money back and went to AutoZone. They were much helpful and were able to find the right piece.

Changed locations to the one further away to avoid rude incompetent staff. Don't buy a battery here, they will not install it as they are short staffed. I said, well that's what you said when I bought my wipers 6 mo's ago. Too short staffed to help with that as well. See other comments. It's not low staffing.
