There’s been a couple times where I would end up getting attitude when I request for assistance. Today was a boy in his 20s, black hair about 6, no care in the world. Not much of help. He will laugh at your face if you said something stupid though. And when he gave me the wrong piece. I asked for assistance from another person. I thought “maybe I’ve been getting the wrong lightbulb this whole time.” it didn’t matter ,instead of checking for me if it was or not. He just gave me attitude and returned the part to me. I just asked for my money back and went to AutoZone. They were much helpful and were able to find the right piece.

Changed locations to the one further away to avoid rude incompetent staff. Don't buy a battery here, they will not install it as they are short staffed. I said, well that's what you said when I bought my wipers 6 mo's ago. Too short staffed to help with that as well. See other comments. It's not low staffing.

I stopped in to have a battery installed in my vehicle. The first thing out of the guys mouth was "oh we are pretty short handed and cannot do it". Even though there were three other guys in the store, two standing around with their thumbs up their butts. I simply turned around and left. Go somewhere else if you want good service.

Great customer service!!!!, Riley was very friendly and walked me through the steps to why my engine light was on. We were able to fix the problem and now I won’t have to take it to the shop.

Hi, I came in wanting new windshield wipers for my Buick. After finding what wipers I wanted and after buying them I asked if they could put them on my car. The guy said sure and made me pull up in front of the store. He finally came out after a couple of minutes. He then took a look at my windshield wipers and said he didn't know how to replace them, since they were too old hence the reason for new ones. I was forced to return my items and leave without nothing. Luckily there is an AutoZone on 65th and Wadsworth. They were able to help me and get my wipers off and it only took 5 minutes. It is just frustrating that this man at O'Reilly's didn't even try. So please go to AutoZone they are much nicer and not so lazy. PS it is only 5 minutes away! Thank you

Benn a constant customer for 15 years, BUT I've been getting some not so impressive parts lately also calling the Brodway store for warranty information on purchased parts has become more difficult than it needs to be!

Historically lazy service. Last few friends and I went in to buy a new car battery, the 2 men who worked there claimed they were not able to install & swap out the old battery in our cars despite not being busy & no other customers in store. We took our business elsewhere. Hopefully, management will address this some day.
