Lucas was a pleasure to deal with. I noticed my PSI was lower than normal. Looked in my tire and I saw a pretty big screw. Called them and was able to get a quote over the phone for a patch repair. I luckily had enough air to make it over there. They noticed two more nails in my tire. I spent less than 20 minutes there and they gave me the best deal ever. I will most definitely be back when I need tire rotations in the future and when I need tires I will buy them here! Thanks so much Lucas!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! Friendly service, good prices and they always take great care of my car. They give it to you straight and never try to sell me on things I don't need. I highly recommend this place, I will always go to this shop for anything tire related!

FUNNY STORY FOR YOU! MY DAUGHTER GOT A FLAT ON HER WAY TO WORK. THANK GOD SHE MADE IT THERE WITH NO ISSUES. SHE CALLED ME & TOLD ME WHAT HAPPENED. I GO TO HER AFTER WORK TO CHANGE HER TIRE & TRY TO GET IT FIXED. SHE WORKS ON 144TH SO I GO TO NEAREST TIRE SHOP WHICH IS FIRESTONE ON 136TH. I GET THERE & THEY TELL ME THE TIRE IS NOT FIXABLE. THAT I NEEDED TO BUY A NEW ONE. THE CHEAPEST TIRE THEY HAD WAS $360 DOLLARS! I ASKED IF THEY WERE SURE IT COULDNT BE FIXED & THEY SAID NO. NOT ONLY DID THEY CHARGE ME $30 TO CHECK MY OTHER TIRES BUT TO AIR UP MY SPARE!! I FELT ROBBED & THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT!! THE NEXT DAY I TOLD MY DAUGHTER TO TAKE HER CAR TO PEERLESS ON 72ND, NEAR WHERE WE LIVE BY. SHE TOOK IT IN & LUCAS & HIS TEAM TOLD US THE TIRE WAS FIXABLE & THAT WE DIDNT NEED TO BUY A NEW TIRE! NOT ONLY WAS THE TIRE VERY CHEAP & AFFORDABLE THAT HE WAS SELLING US BUT HIS SERVICE MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE & TRUSTWORTHY!!! I SAVED MYSELF $180 & MADE MYSELF A NEW FRIEND!! Luca North, a phenomenal experience, confidence, peace of mind customer service experience and very timely and professional. Was having a terrible day showed up and before I even got out the vehicle he was on the job got the issue taken care of and easily acquired another customer I'm definitely gonna continue to do business as often as I can!

Lucas saved my day by agreeing to meet me a few blocks away for an emergency road call. They do not normally do this but he agreed to check with his manager and got it approved. He quickly helped change out my flat for the spare and then proceeded to order us a replacement tire and put it on within an hour. He was professional and efficient and it meant I could get to work on time and still head out on vacation later in the afternoon. He also clearly knew his stuff and how to change a VW tire (not a basic process). Thank you for your help!

I called this location and spoke with Phil and told him i needed a tire repair and that time was an issue as I needed to get to work. He looked at my tire and said it was not fixable so I purchased 2 new tires and they were installed fast. great customer service. I asked about my rear tires and he said they still had good tread on them. Phil has integrity he could have said I needed rear tires to and upsell me, but he didnt.

Had an amazing experience here today, one of the mechanics helped me out with multiple problems that the last person had done to my car. Super honest guys that do great work at an amazing price. Phil was amazing he even stayed after close to help me fix some problems with my car. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest group of guys to work on your vehicle this would be the place to go.
