My labradoodle needed a haircut because he had some pretty bad matts in his hair. I took him here and told them to shave him down and get rid of the mats. I didn’t specify what cut I wanted, but they gave him a poodle cut to my dismay. I assumed that they would give him a doodle cut.It was not a bad poodle haircut, but he is not a poodle. He is a labradoodle. I would not recommend taking doodles here. ☹️

This place is responsible for the death of our beloved puppy. My kids took there loving puppy 4 years old happy energetic so adorable baby puppy there multiple times to get grooming and nails done and this last time February 10, 2024 they hurt Marley in a manner that took his life. I want people to know this place is dangerous and don't take your pets here.

Been coming here for almost 30 years with 3 different dogs. They are amazing and always take such good care of my pups. Such nice people. They really care about you and your dog.

My brother took there loving puppy 4 years old happy energetic so adorable baby puppy there multiple times to get grooming and nails done and this last time February 10, 2024 they hurt Marley in a manner that took his life. I want people to know this place is dangerous and don't take your pets here. My brother called and left a voicemail to see the cameras to see what happened to Marley since pet design inc replied to one of the reviews but pet design inc has been ignoring my brother.

I appreciate their open heart for our dog Max. He is very old and doesn't like to sit still. One groomer held him while the other one trimmed his nails. And all the while allowed me to stand close and pet him while they were clipping his nails. Great Experience and will be back for a bath for our MinPin. Thank you!!!

They are wonderful! Lulu Belle gets so excited every Friday morning for her bath and brush... that alone says how they treat your fur baby. I can't say enough nice things about Pet Design. Thank you for the wonderful spa days and the talented grooming that each of you do, whether it's a bath and brush or a full groom. You guys are the BEST! :-)

In providing another review after several years since the last one, it is with a heavy heart that I reflect on the passing of my two babies mentioned in my prior review. Renae, demonstrated exceptional compassion and care, particularly during the final months of my Shitz Tzu's life. Understanding the unique needs of my Bella, Renae made specific arrangements to ensure she was groomed comfortably, considering her declining health. Renae went above and beyond, scheduling appointments at the end of the day to minimize stress for Bella and promptly notifying me to facilitate a smooth pickup process. I sincerely appreciate Renae's dedication to caring for my previous babies and her willingness to assist with transitioning and training new additions to our family. Her accommodating nature extends beyond grooming services, as she patiently helps our new pets in adapting to the grooming process. This level of commitment and personalized attention has solidified my trust in Pet Designs, and I am grateful for the invaluable support Renae and her staff continues to provide.

I brought my dad's dogs Wolfgang and Liesl to get groomed amd have their nails trimmed. The staff at Pet Design are friendly and professional and took great care of my dogs. I highly recommend them.

Nice place. My large golden went in scruffy, came out with fur that felt like one of those ladies hair commercials, all soft and silky. The kids love to play with him and rub his fur. Go figure.
