Dude - black poison boxes outside? Not a good idea to out poison on the ground where people bring their pets!
Then when there is a dead rat due to it being poisoned, someone's dog could eat it and then also get poisoned? Or an owl or anything else that eats said poisoned rat?
These should be illegal. What a sick sad way to die.

Wanted to buy a bird at this location. Got everything needed for the bird, fiancé been dealing wit birds longer than me, but they refused to sell the bird talking bout it’s cold outside but was quick to try to sell me a different bird like that’s gonna change the condition of the weather. Our bird that we have has been in the family for 10+ years but since the “manager who knows it all” doesn’t like the fact that my fiancé may know more bout the bird then they do, they can’t sell it. Where was the manager that was supposedly asked, and how come knowing that we know what we’re doing, gotta use the excuse that it’s cold but can sell me a different bird? So that means, since it’s cold then they can’t sell no animals. Well if you’re lucky, u may get a dead fish that they have in a plastic container. Yeah there was 4 that I spotted right away.

My dog is a chihuahua Boston terrier mix so I was dreading taking her because she hates getting her nails cut. They did such a good job! It was easy and her nails loo amazing! Definitely coming back!

Let me first say this, this review is not a reflection of all petsmart/banfields. This review is in particular to the Westminster one. Honestly have been going here for years and it’s been great. It all came down to our last visit which was a surgery to remove a cancerous lump. They were great during surgery, and immediately after but it was when our dog’s leg blew up like a balloon where it all went to shit.
We emailed them pictures over night and spoke to the 24/7 vet chat line who recommended we called the vet in the morning. Her leg only got bigger over night and we sent the pictures over. They said they would have the vet review and call back ASAP. After about an hour and a half of waiting we decided to call back to get an update as we had to make a decision if we are going to work or taking our dog in. They said they got behind and the vet was in surgery so they could not review it. So we decided to call another banfield and they asked us to send pictures over and once they saw them they said to immediately come in. They ended up checking up on our dog and made the recommendation to take her to the ER.
Here is the kicker…. It’s 5:30 pm and we still have yet to receive a call from Westminster. So we decided to schedule a follow up visit with the other banfield that helped us today. Not only that, but we called to cancel our follow up with this Westminster location and not a peep. Not a I’m sorry for not getting to you sooner or why are you canceling her follow up with us or did you resolve your original issue? NOTHING.
Avoid this banfield at all cost. Good chance they will smile in your face and will forget about you and your dog.

Took our dog to PetSmart today for a bath and de-shedding, $200 later we picked her up and she was worse than before.

Took my pet there to stay at puppy daycare. They took good care of him, played with him, he came home tired, well fed, and exhausted after a long day of playing with other puppies.

I bring my boy puppy here for practice in public and as a treat. Very welcoming and I love that I can do all of my doggo supply shopping in one place. Vet, grooming, food and enrichment.

I realize this particular store is still new, but it seems like the employees have no idea what they’re doing. I asked one if they carried Churos, a popular cat treat. She had no idea what I was talking about. She called a manager who looked equally stumped, and she had to look in her device to see if they carried them, which of course they didn’t.
But these days, what do you expect?

Lisa the manager is so sweet! She was very knowledgeable and helpful! They were very busy but she still attended to our needs and walked us through fish filters and more without us feeling rushed! Thank you Lisa!
