Cassie has helped me with 2 different issues over the last year. In each case I've seen very good results such that the previous pain is rarely felt and even then it is much more mild. All I have to do is return to her recommended exercises to clear it up again. So of course for my new 3rd issue, I'm returning to Cassie.
