This business has formed its business model to prey on vulnerable people that they know are in need. Beware after 3 months they hike your rental price up by over $100, then again on your yearly ‘anniversary.’ Most companies would say oh hey you’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, here’s a discount. Not Public Storage! They prey on knowing that people don’t have other options. Superb job Public Storage! I’ll never be part of your shitty business model again after hiking my unit to $400 a month. This is the type of thing that’s wrong with the United States. The people that own this company should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely terrible place to rent. Will double your rent without any kind of communication that there changing prices. Just one day you will get a bill double than what you signed up for. I will be removing my stuff this week

I am unsure of the gentleman's name who manages this PS, but I must say he is very professional and kind. He definitely made my experience with PS a good one. I moved out of my storage unit on 06/23/2025, he ensured it went very smoothly and was very helpful!

Avoid all Public Storages if you can. Spend the extra money on a private storage facility where they care about their tenants and will explain how things work rather than just throwing a lock in your new unit and calling it a day. I’ll definitely be doing that moving forward! They also always double your rent after the initial discounted year term. You get what you pay for with this company.

The guy was awesome. I came right after he had closed and he still helped me out. I accidentally rented the wrong size storage and he willingly helped me out while I was having the worst day of my life. THANK YOU!

Used this storage for a few months in between moves..everything was clean and easy to access. CJ and Chris were both great and super helpful answering my questions and helping me out!! 10/10 would recommend!
