Excellent service at a reasonable price, imo. I called on a Monday morning after my car wouldn't start over the weekend, and was told they'd be able get to it either that afternoon or the next morning. They don't have a tow service but provided me the number for a local service, who was also great. My car was towed to the shop within the hour, I got a call with their diagnostic results that afternoon, & I was able to pickup my car by the end of the same day. I'll definitely be going back to Rick's, both for emergencies like this and for regular maintenance!Services: Auto battery replacement
