I just went to this place today to look for some jeans. I found two pair of jeans along with other clothes, so I went to the fitting rooms that are up front by the entrance to try them on and not even 10 minutes past when the employee was trying to kick me out saying there are people “waiting”. Mind you I was barely about to try on the second pair of jeans when the employee came back again and she was trying to forcefully open the door, shaking the door knob and kept banging on the door after I have told her it’s occupied. She didn’t care, she still kept trying to forcefully open the door. She was a very rude employee and continued to talk crap to me after the whole thing. If you guys go to this Ross, please be careful for this female employee she looks like in her 40’s-50’s with average size black glasses and brownish hair.

Kenny was extremely helpful on the location of the item I was in a hurry to find. Extremely polite and professional. I will shop at his location from now on! Sunglasses are the best price in town here if you need them in a hurry!

Retail employees were very rude to include the manager. Demanding customers be out of your store by the time it closes or else they can't check out is a horrible ultimatum. Please be better

I stopped here on a Saturday night around 7pm. It wasn’t packed with people. The clothes had a good selection to choose from and I was really happy with what I bought. I will be back again.

Better than most the Ross’s in the area. Pretty clean, you can find some pretty amazing clothes, blankets & more for great prices without a LONG line. Miss this store living in Iowa now…the WHOLE state has 9, there the was around 22 there. STAY in Denver, as where I moved, it’s almost like moving back in time where people have NO clue about a LOT.

The store is pretty new and I loved that it was so clean. But it was a little depressing with a bunch of empty shelves everywhere. They need more inventory. Otherwise it feels like they're going out of business.

Had the worst experience here waiting for checkout girl wrap up her 10 minute conversation with person in front of me while I stood in line with full arms waiting to check out. Then as soon as I was done with my purchase and bagging up my items (bc she didn’t bother to lift a finger to do it for me) I was packing up my wallet and she had the audacity to say “I do have a line of customers behind you.” as I was putting my wallet away. Literally the most rude, immature, and unprofessional “sales person” I’ve EVER encountered. Absolutely will never ever shop there again despite spending hundreds there the last few weeks because she was so outrageously rude and awful. She should be fired or better trained to do her job and offer decent customer service at minimum!!
