Every time I go, they serve me very well, super friendly, all the girls have a very nice character to serve the customer and are knowledgeable about the products they sell there.

I always come to this Sally Beauty and love the costumer service at this location. The young lady who helps me every time I come in (blue vibrant hair ! Wish I knew her name) is always so helpful, patient, and polite to me and the other customers I’ve seen her help while in there.I stopped coming here a year or so ago because there was one woman who was very rude to me- so I ended up driving further to avoid her. I had to come back into this location back in March because it was nearly closing time and it was the closest while I was out running errands. Instead of the rude woman I encountered the time before- this amazing young lady was there and she totally changed my opinion on the location. I now come back to only this location because of the amazing customer service plus the knowledge this young lady has is immensely helpful. I’m basically in once every 4 weeks to buy touch up materials.Y’all need to hang on to her.

I just got home from buying some hair color products, and had such a great experience. I don't know the name of the employee. She's a young woman with long multi-colored hair. I *mostly* know what I'm doing, but I did wind up asking for some recommendations from her. She was really knowledgeable, not only with what I was asking about (a good conditioning treatment for damaged hair) but also general advice for my hair type, in fact recommended a different product than one that I'd almost purchased. She also wasn't pushy with advice, only offering when I asked. I left there feeling really happy with what I'd gotten, and the young woman there is fantastic.

Old lady with the gray hair is so unpleasant every single time I go there. She has no customer service skills. Doesn’t greet customer or even attempt to help. She has an angry look every time I go there. Makes it so uncomfortable I won’t be going to this location again

It's unbelievable that you all keep the same lousy employee around. I really don't even need to give a description cause you all already know! The older lady with silver hair is so MISERABLE! We could all choose to order online, but some of us still like to shop in person, ya know, where CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists? She makes everyone feel uncomfortable and like we're a burden for encroaching on her privacy. It's bizarre. The amount of people who need a job, and would work like they're getting paid for it! You're losing customers because of 1 employee, let that sink in.

Uhm well it was so so, one chick didn't seem to really, so to say, "care" about what me and my boyfriend were looking at or touching, grabbing things to read the backs of them. While THE OTHER ONE? followed us around the store like we were about to rob the entire store! But other than her following us around the store, and CONTINUOUSLY reminding us that they were "about to close", the store was upkept and nice and clean. At least the other chick "compensated" for the "lack of", people personality??***UPDATE AS OF MAY 7TH, 2022***WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My fiance and I were in there earlier, and were treated AWFUL!? We were the only 2 in the store, and only 1 employee was working. Well then in comes another employee, and The 1st employee literally starts ta talk about me, like I'm not even there! So then as I'm leaving I say some smart-allec remark, then she says something back. So then my Fiancé went back and opened the door to ask what she said, and she threatens to call the cops?!? Are you serious? F- Sally's Beauty Supply! They are over priced and pick the absolute WORST EMPLOYEES!?

If you want to spend a lot of money and leave feeling completely disrespected and disgusted, come to this business! In no way does this business value their customer's time or money. As someone who has spent years in customer service, I would be beyond embarrassed if any of my peers treated customers the way I have seen customers treated in this store. Every time I have been in this Sally's the same lady, Trish, has been extremely condescending and rude, not only to me, but to every other customer who spends time in her presence. First, she lied to me when I called asking if they had a specific product in stock, saying, "We only have one." When I came in, there was an entire shelf with many varieties, she must have forgot to mention. Trish was deleterious and slothful the entire time and made me feel like she didn't want me in there. Mind you, I spent over one hundred dollars in this transaction. This isn't the first time I have experienced this unwelcoming personality. A few months ago I came in here with my friend and Trish was rude and dismissive to the two other customers who came in there, as well as my friend and me. She doesn't want to help anyone who comes in or calls, and when she does she is extremely condescending and draining to interact with. I will never be back to this store or recommend this business to anyone.

@ Tanya Devalle .... unfortunately I think she is Management . I totally agree with you she is a real witch totally unprofessional ,rude and nasty. The ONLY reason I still go there is because it is right across the street from my house . This has been going on for several years and you are right something needs to be done about her .Sorry about the one star but it would not let me comment unless I gave them a star . Forced

The lady with the gray and black mid length hair is very rude and unhelpful.I walked in from the gym next door and did not have a mask, I had forgotten one and did not have an extra.She raises her voice at me and tells me I'm not allowed in the store.I told her then I would buy a box of mask and she then did not hear me because she was having a conversation on her phone and told me to leave again.She then realized I was going to buy some, then helped me in a not very nice manner.I needed help and she was too busy on a phone call to help.And I waited at the check out for about 2 minutes before she even noticed I was there.If I could give this experience a 0 oit of 5 I would, horrible customer service and rude employee.

Came here for toner because I had ruined my hair with box dye... had no idea what toner looked like, where to find it, or how to use it, and was pretty nervous! I asked the associate working the register for help, and she took me directly to the aisle needed, even helping me know which toner to use. I tried to ask her for tips on using it, since I was totally unfamiliar, but she had already walked away. I saw a lot of previous reviews saying how awfully rude and inattentive the store associates were, but this didn't strike me as that. I followed her, waited for a minute to ask again while she did something, and then she willingly explained. I did feel like I had to kind of pull teeth/keep asking again to get the all of the info I needed, but I found out when I got to the register to pay that she had been the only one working the store while another coworker had to attend to something in the back (this coworker was very nice too), so she was trying to keep on top of a lot of things at once. Not only that, but their shipment had just gotten in and they were so busy they hadn't had time to unload it. Given this, it made a lot of sense that I was getting rushed answers at first. I'm just very grateful I left with toner, developer, and instructions on how to mix them! This store REALLY doesn't deserve the bad rep it has -- for how understaffed they are, they're doing a wonderful job!!

This was my third time goin to this location the older Lady with the silver hair Did not have a very pleasant manner was not interested in helping and what's not helpful with questions especially asking about it please asking about a product and give me a look turned away and said I don't know. Now The other location on Grant They are very friendly polite they greet their customers and extremely professional when being greeted also very friendly when you ask about a product they will find or with experience to help. I Managementsn needs to really look into their employees especially being friendly to customers or a little bit more acknowledgeable!!
