Their office manager is one of the most rude, unprofessional people I have ever met. I will never deal with State Farm because of her.

Very rude- do not feel comfortable contacting Kathy about any claim or questions. After over 30 or more years of service and very minimal claims, I do not feel State Farm is by my side !
