Public storage took over this storage facility a few years ago and the customer service, cleanliness and security has been top notch since! Mark is the team member interact with the most and he always treats his customers like friends. Updated: seasonally rent prices increase drastically and as the peak season dies back, it’s frustrating to have a higher priced bill once again. Mark saves the day for public storage again and was able to lower my bill.

Mark really came through for us with an idea for getting our big toolbox loaded into our truck. We were struggling trying to get it loaded and we sought out his advice. By being able to think outside the box, Mark came up with a solution and voila!!...my buddy and I were able to get it loaded with no problems. Prior to Mark's sound advice and plan for us, I was thinking it just wasn't going to happen that day. He definitely saved the day, so you guys have got a stellar employee over there at 92nd and Pierce!! Thanks again, buddy!!

So I haven't had many issues while I was using the storage unit until August of 2025 when I called around the 25th to vacate because you have to give 7 days notice the prices kept going up 20% every 3 months so it made no sense for me to keep the unit I vacated on the 26th and then got their last two boxes out on the second but because I didn't have a day off of work to get my stuff out till the second I was told I had to pay for that month I paid for that month so for 2 days I get charged $73 and some change and they do not refund money or prorate had I known this I would adjust still had access without paying for the first couple of days of the month and not paid so beware if you're going to vacate and you still have no payment made for the next month and you're only going to have it for one or two days Don't pay!!! Because they will not refund or prorate your money and when you call twice to tell them that you're gone they still will not close your account..
