They should accept Shane Co. gift cards no matter how long ago it was purchased. I bought a $200 gift card for my wife before the pandemic. We were not able to go shopping for jewelry since 2020 due to each of us undergoing major medical issues during and after the pandemic. She and I went to go trade up and get her some larger diamonds yesterday. At checkout, we went to use the gift card and we were told that it had a $0 balance. We walked out. They can see every purchase I've ever made there (which is plenty, as I've been a customer for over 20years) and how I paid, yet they would not honor this gift card that apparently had expired. I'm out $200 and will never buy from Shane again unless they honor this gift card.

I find it easy to love and get along with just about anyone. But disingenuous, cold, or arrogant people are not my people. The sales woman who was assigned to me left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. The available selection is minimal if you're looking for something a little larger. She showed me a ~$70,000 diamond with an obvious large black inclusion smack in the center and tried going against what I said to convince me that it's acceptable rather than understanding my very reasonable disinterest in that particular diamond. Insulting. Not a pleasant experience at all.

If you're looking for quality jewelry, you should consider giving Shane Co. a try. The selection here is exceptional, the service is fantastic, and the warranty they offer is second to none. The salespeople are not paid on commission, so no high pressure sales here at all. They offer both natural and lab grown diamonds here along with several other jewel options. The warranty alone would make this my go to jeweler, but the friendly helpful staff just puts it over the top. Highly recommend.

Kristi Stewart was awesome. When I visit Denver I always like to bring my wedding ring in to be checked and cleaned. When I got it back it was more beautiful then ever. Thank you Kristi. Plus I purchased another pearl necklace, which I love. I wear my pearls all the time so had to bring one strand to be restrung. Now that I have it back I can't tell the difference from the one bought years ago and the new one. Very happy with my visit to Shane Co.

We have been so happy with our experiences at Shane co! My engagement ring turned out perfect and yesterday we picked out my wedding band. Nicole helped us and she found the exact ring I was dreaming of after I tried on several I thought I wanted. Her customer service was amazing too!! So happy we went with them and am looking forward to future visits.

I purchased a pair of aquamarine earrings online at Shane for my wife. The shopping process was easy. The price was reasonable and fair. The online description and images matched the jewelry. My wife loves them. Shane Co. got to first base...second base... third base... home run... and Grand Slam !!!

Lovely wedding band options for reasonable prices, but the service was terrible. The staff member who we had an appointment with was helping multiple groups, and we were left waiting for 10-15 minute periods multiple times. The appointment took nearly 90 minutes when it could've easily been done in 20-30 if we had a dedicated associate. Pretty disappointed.

Had great service from Christopher! He pulled a selection of jewelry within our specific requests for style and price. I never felt he was pushy but when being picky with the initial picks, he took our comments in stride and showed new options that were much better liked. They offered a beautiful box at the end and had tissue paper to make the bag look nicer to gift.

First and foremost, my fiancé loves her ring so that’s what’s most important. However, actually getting it to her proved to be more complicated than we anticipated.We had an appointment on a Saturday and were expecting about an hour-long engagement ring consult. The store was busy, and you could tell our consultant was moving back and forth between different customers, which often resulted in waiting around for 5-10 minutes until he could come back to us. He explained the process well – we narrowed down the type of band she wanted and then got to looking at center stones. We tried a few different bands and stones and decided to size up a bit on the center diamond. Once we determined the band we wanted, we were handed off to another consultant to finalize the center stone choice. That consultant went in depth on the 4 C’s – color, cut, clarity, carats – which I get they must do, but felt a little long winded and tedious. Toward the end of the 4 C’s presentation, we found the winning combination of band and stone. We let the consultant know and she seemed a little surprised that we were deciding that quickly the day of. She began to gather up things and preparing to process the order when my fiancé started to feel a little a little lightheaded. I asked if she wanted to sit down, and the consultant was like “oh would you like to sit?” After standing around for 90 minutes, we definitely did. It was a little surprising that she hadn’t asked if we’d like to take a seat earlier. Not really a big deal.So, we get all the paperwork done and she sends us to the customer service counter for final details. The woman behind the counter was very nice and let us know about the warranty, insurance information, etc. She said the ring was guaranteed to be ready by Wednesday after 4 p.m. This was great – we didn’t think it would be so quickly. We got a call on Wednesday saying the jeweler accidentally damaged the band when adhering the stone. They were to get a new band and guaranteed us the ring would be ready for pick up by Friday after 4 p.m. No biggie. We then got a call on Friday indicating the jeweler who accidentally damaged the first ring was now taking a few days off and the ring was guaranteed to be ready by Sunday after 4 p.m. I asked what the guarantee meant. The woman on the phone was clearly flustered but indicated that it meant we were assured the ring would be ready unless something happened. I’m sorry, but that’s not how guarantees work. I was able to speak to a manager who’d heard my situation and she then said they were going to have a different jeweler work on the ring, and it would now be ready for pick up Saturday after 4 p.m. I went to get it at 4 p.m. Saturday and it was not yet complete. I waited around for a half hour or so while it was being finished up and a line was forming behind me at the customer service desk.Again, we are both very happy with the ring itself; however, Shane Co. please stop using the word “guarantee” if you’re not actually guaranteeing anything. And perhaps consider making weekend consultations by appointment only – the staff was clearly overwhelmed at the number of shoppers during our appointment, which made the process seem longer and more wearying.

Our salesgirl was great. We have always had great service with Shane Co. in the two states (Indiana and Colorado) were we have purchased jewelry. We had no intention of purchasing jewelry while waiting for a checkup on my wife's engagement ring, and I walked out with a new wedding band my wife purchased for our anniversary. Everyone was very helpful, and we received my engraved ring right on time. Thank you for you help in the last 15 years

Walked in dreading the experience I thought I was going to have and ended up walking away extremely pleasantly surprised! There was a bit of a wait for a sales rep - definitely make an appointment if you go on a weekend - but the two ladies who helped me and my girlfriend were super nice and informative and didn't make us feel pressured or anything. It really felt like their goal was to educate us to make the best decision for our needs, whether that was purchasing from Shane Co or not. We didn't end up buying anything, but they created an online account with everything we looked at saved so I can easily go back and reference in the future. Highly recommend!
