The audacity to have the gas price sign on and showing the cheapest gas on the block, only to find out that every single pump is out of order from construction.

Don't want to sell gas to customers past a certain hour? That's your prerogative. But if you're going to do that, then why not shut your sign off for the night? This isn't complicated.
