I was running errands in a new area so I popped by this location for a pack of cigarettes. The employee stated their manager wouldn't allow him to sell to me unless my literal elementary school age child stood alone outside the building. I was so thrown off. Will obviously never stop by here again.When you think selling me tobacco is more dangerous then throwing a child outside alone, you're a moron.

I regularly go to many smoker friendly locations, and this is by far the absolute worst when it comes to IDs. I’ve had employees stare me down for two minutes straight while glaring at my ID photo and almost not selling to me because I’ve grown my hair out since I’ve gotten my ID photo taken. Just tonight the old bald employee refused to let me into the cigar humidor without holding my ID at the counter and tried to convince me it’s smoker friendly policy. From the smoker friendly locations at 120th and Colorado Blvd, 76th and Sheridan, cigars on 6th and Havana manor I’ve never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by staff like this location does. I’m always happy to let the employees scan my ID every time I purchase cigars at the stores I’m a regular at, but physically taking my ID while I shop and lying to me about company policy is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Everyone should just visit the location at 76th and Sheridan instead of this trashy shop. The employees are very polite and caring and will treat you far better than anyone working at this shop

How you can call this a business is beyond me. Anytime I go here the manager is yelling, the rules change more than the weather, and the manager patronizes customers for not having an ID. Unprofessional to the max.

Refused to sell me tobacco despite two forms of state issued ID stating I was 38 because I shaved since I had my ID photo taken. What a joke. I think it was because they saw my Star of David tattoo.

My cigarettes are usually expensive but this is the most expensive place for me to buy cigarettes in this neighborhood I'm just wondering if any of the cigarettes are at a good price or is this store super expensive

Worst place to go buy cigarettes! I went in the n Thursday to buy cigarettes and the store manager turned down my ID (U.S government issued) she is if the If don’t scan we can sell anything. She takes everything way too serious, if every government department takes this ID I don’t see what problem is!

Esco Bars are $33 here for 2500 hit? There is no reason for that other than greed. Straight ROBBERY! Worst part is you can get them across the street at MILE HIGH for $19.

This is my go to spot for wraps. Try smoker friendly brand 2 for less than a buck jungle juice grape and Cream are my favorite flavors. Employees are always helpful and smiling ?
