Great service. Just dont understand why $60.00 for a simple basic set with no polish other then clear... little too expensive for my basic nails.... Length isn't every long to charge much on that?!?!.

First and last time at this salon. The nail tech used an electric sander on my natural toenails and fingernails. There was absolutely NO REASON for her to do so--I didn't have any polish on my nails and I wasn't getting acrylics. I know that I should have told her to stop, and that I should have walked out before getting a manicure. I own that part.
It is clear that this salon is trying to get as many customers through as quickly as possible and they don't care about the quality of their product or the long-term health of their clients' nails. She did both my pedicure and manicure in under an hour.
I paid $90 (and I still don't understand their math because it should have been $80 according to their price list) for her for months' long damage to my nails.

It was my first time in the Luxe Nail Salon and it was great. Julie was the one who helped me and she is excellent at her job. My toes are sensitive and she paid attention to that. She suggested a gel manicure and I got the same color of blue for both the mani and pedi. The salon was clean and everyone was friendly. I would go back to mail artist extraordinaire Julie at any time. She is meticulous and I needed that. I am an old waitress and pay attention to the skills of those who help me , cleanliness, atmosphere , and customer service. Thank you.
