Would be nice if they would update that this store is CLOSED and appears to have been closed now for a while.

I decided to give this place a shot, despite the lousy reviews. I had a complex portfolio that I needed printed, and it's not something that I could easily submit online for pick up. I show up prepared with a thumb drive just need to print real quick...I'd assemble my project...bind it...done. 10 minutes of their time tops...well thats asking a while lot apparently. My presence and need for their assistance was clearly an inconvenience. Their attitudes and annoyance was very evident. As if that wasn't enough, I was told that same day printing would result in a "express fee"!!! Office max on 120th closed its doors (finally)...no surprise there. Hopefully this place will follow suit and close its doors and we can get a new business in here who doesn't treat their CUSTOMERS with contempt...or try to nickel and dime them!!! What a joke!

The gentlemam at the cash register was not super friendly at all. He has a super sarcastic attitude and wasn't super helpful at all. I had an order for pickup and he couldnt find it so he just told me it wasnt there. If he would have taken the time to look it up he would have been able to send me in the right direction. The girls at the print counter were super friendly and helpful so they are the reason this store gets 3 stars. They even helped me to my car. As I passed, i told the guy at the front who was staring at me that I found the order and he was like "ya, the print counter" in a very rude and demeaning tone. This store should get rid of this guy and give those girls his pay!!!!!!!

5 month later update! This place blows my mind constantly everyone here is incredible. The printing department is about as good as it gets they are always so so polite and helpful. The blonde girl in the printing department deserves a raise and a gold metal. Thank you all so so much!!If I could give them 10 stars I would we had an amazing experience in the store and had employees that went above and beyond what they had to do to help us out we appreciate their effort and will absolutely be back anytime we need anything I really wish I would have grabbed the employees names cause they deserve personal praise I'm so impressed and happy

This team took good care of my mom when she picked up her Christmas letters. These look great and pick up was fast and easy. They greeted her and those who weren't even waiting on her said have a good night. Thank you for taking good care of my mom.

FYI... if you forget one of your bags at Staples they put it back even though you paid for it. Missing $40 worth of school supplies and didn’t realize it until last night while I was putting kids school supplies together. I called last night (7 days later) and they informed me that they don’t put it in lost and found but put the stuff back on the shelf that night!!! So if I leave my cell phone or purse you’ll just throw it away??? Horrible!!!

The staff at this location is very nice and goes out of their way to make things right for you. A production issue with some posters that I ordered turned into a great experience, they took care of me 100% and made things right. I will definitely return here, Alex and his team were great. Nothing but nice things to say. Definitely recommend

I bought a Canon printer from Staples a year ago, still have the receipt, and purchased a 4 year warranty. I'm 13 days away from my wedding and the printer stops pushing ink properly and ruins half my programs. We hop in the car with our paperwork and printer in tow to see our options. Upon walking into this store, there are no less than 4 associates standing around right at the doors. Nobody's around and it's not busy. The ASM greets us by saying, "is that a recycle?" As if I brought this thing in just to throw it away. I politely said no, that I purchased the printer and a warranty a year ago and it isn't working properly, that I'm getting married in two weeks and need to print my programs. She tells me she cannot do anything for me- that I have to call the warranty hotline. I said I wasn't sure it's broken, that it's just not pushing ink properly even though there's ink in the printer. I asked if we could plug it in at the store and try and work through it together. She said no, and that there was nothing she could do to help. I stormed out very upset and drove to a nearby staples in Westminster, where a lovely easytech associate worked on it for 15 minutes and repaired it by running a cleaning cycle. The associate condemned this store and promised if the printer still gave me trouble, to come in and she'd print the wedding programs for me for free. THATS customer service. Whatever this store is offering is garbage.

This review is based solely on the team at the print shop. They get really busy and have lots of people who want what they want and they want it right now.... including me :( I run a digital marketing agency but have a client that often needs proposals printed and there have been a number of times that I had to get them printed last minute, and this crew has never let me down. Even on nights their printer didn't want to cooperate, they didn't have the product I needed or some other hiccup (I have printed A LOT of proposals there) the staff always went out of their way or stayed late to make sure I had what I needed. Look, this is a huge chain and everyone who works there has to play by the Corp's rules, but you know that walking in there. The benefits are the lower cost and variety of services, but the downfall is that there are tons of hoops for these guys to jump through just to keep their printers in tip top shape so sometimes things break. The difference is that this staff will always do everything in their power to help you! They are good peeps. And shout out to John and Melissa who have saved me time and again. Appreciate you both!

I am writing this as a follow-up to my conversation with the manager at this location. Although I went to this particular store, I believe my review applies to all Staples stores. I have trouble walking because of arthritis and bad knees. I take medicine for my health issues and have a handicapped parking permit. I needed to have 10 color copies made. I spoke to the person in the copy dept. I was told that if I wanted copies on the spot, they would cost 80 cents each, but if I wanted to come back in an hour, they would be 60 cents each. This is a savings of $2. I had to return to another store nearby, so I elected to come back. Here is the problem. They did not know that this wasn't an inconvenience for me this time. Normally it would have been. It is also not like I needed 100 copies. I just needed 10. To exit the store, you cannot go in the way you came in. You have to go to the far end of the store and double back through their maze, as if there is a big long line, which there wasn't. I didn't count the steps but it was a lot of extra steps. When I returned, I had to go through the same maze, even though I had paid at the copy center. I have 2 problems with their procedures. They penalized me for wanting to save $2 by making me go through this store maze & procedure twice. They should differentiate between big orders and small ones and not make people return for tiny orders like mine. Not only are you penalized by wanting something quickly by paying more, if you want to save a few bucks you have to return to the store. This may not be a problem for able bodied folks, but when every step you take is painful, this store seems to have no compassion for disabled customers. I told all this to the 20-something store manager. He listened and told me this is their system for "counting customers". I have complained once before and since they have done nothing to change their routing of exiting customers, I decided to make this public comment. They could remedy this by giving a senior citizen discount, and/or by changing their routes for checkout lines or by having ropes, like they do in other places so you can remove the ropes if there's no line. This makes me so angry, I'm looking for an alternate store where I can take my business.

They were working the upsell hard today! Wanted to buy a printer for $279. The checkout lady tried to sell me toner. I told her I only need it to print 10 pages. She said the printer wouldnt print 10 pages without additional toner. She said that the included toner was just enough to go the set up. I told her she could keep the printer. I know the toner that comes with cartridges that aren't full. I have setup hundreds of printers before. But 10 pages? No way. Anyhow, I felt like the clerk was being dishonest. This is the second trip in which i question the staff's knowledge or integrity.

Lies and fraud! The salespeople have to up-sell "extended warranties" and will blatantly lie about the extent of their coverage to make the sale. One of the boys on the sales floor went into this big animated sales pitch about how great the warranty on office chairs is, and specifically mentioned that certain types of damage ARE covered, despite the fact that the actual paperwork/fine-print specifically say that those same types of damage are NEVER covered. I promptly canceled the warranty and got a refund.

Poor customer service in the print shop. Was sent up to this store from the 120th store because their machine was broken. Arrived about 2 hours before closing the young lady tried to turn us away because she was too busy, even though there were 6 people standing around doing nothing. Just want 4 large prints printed, nothing really special. She was off standish, short and didn't want to help with the pictures at all, she also stopped our transaction to help with another customer. Needless to say we left and went elsewhere. Also, we weren't told when we called about emailing an order ahead of time or that if we walked in for same day printing there would be a rush charge.
