Katie is great! My first print of my business cards had the text looking dark. They were able to help me get a new order and I fixed the text. Katie called me and told me a different paper might be better and I couldn't be happier with the result.

I got there 30 min before closing. I cannot get there any earlier because I had a 10 hour shift where I cannot leave work. I spent a half hour trying to figure out how to email and prints things. I mentioned that I needed to get these things printed tonight for homework assignment for class the next day, I couldn’t get it figured out and they said “just so you know it’s five minutes after closing so you’re going to have to come back”. Zero empathy that I was having trouble figuring it out and that I really needed this tonight. I don’t understand why they couldn’t help me complete the task. I don’t do that at my work. I finish with my customer.

Always a pleasure to shop at Staples. The sales associates were helpful and the cashier was efficient and friendly.

Every item I came into Staples looking for today was marked well above retail or even MSRP, that is if I can find the item I’m looking for it all. Sure, they have all the basics you can find at Walmart, but at triple the price, any more specialized office supplies I was looking for were either out of stock or incredibly overpriced.
I almost didn’t go in strictly because of their silly “service dog only” policy, they don’t sell food, so I am baffled for the reason I can’t bring my furry family member with me.

I went into look at a new office chair today. I wast expecting much in inventory or help. Wow.......I was wrong. Great selection and Monrad was a big help. This guy is a great employee and knowlegable. I ended up gettting a new chair for a great price. Please recognize Monrad as he went out of his way to help me and teach me a few thing about ergonomics too. Great store and employee!
