This is my "home" Starbucks. They're well staffed and quick. The people are friendly but occasionally distracted. There's quite a bit of seating here, it's cozy but never feels crowded.

I only stop here every once in a while on my way to work. I always do a mobile order, and I’ve never had issues with promptness. But I’ve been to this Starbucks 4 or 5 times now, and EVERY SINGLE TIME my coffee tastes burnt, and one time my espresso was even completely omitted. If I’m paying $7 for a coffee it’s extremely frustrating for it to taste so bad. It’s worth mentioning that when I go in to pick up it’s pretty slow, 3-4 workers with 1-2 cars in the drive through. So bad quality doesn’t seem to have much to do with being rushed. This time was definitely my last time stopping here.

Service was an absolute nightmare. I had two mobile orders for pickup inside and when I got there, their inside was closed. The line was about 12 cars long and I asked the drive through window why the pick up inside option wasn’t disabled because I couldn’t wait in the line. And only then did they realize TO DO THE OBVIOUS! there was plenty of workers there I believe they were just being lazy to not open the inside. The barista was rude and I have to go back to get refunded!!! This place is a joke.
