Went in on a very busy Sunday afternoon 10 days before Christmas to get my wire frame glasses repaired as the lens was falling out due to a break in the plastic on the underside of the frame. Thought I would have to drop the glasses off and maybe come back in 2 -3 hours or even the next day to pick them up. Victoria at the location told me she could make the repair and it would be done in 20 - 30 minutes. Shopped in the store and picked the repaired glasses up in about a half an hour as promised. I didn't even get charged for the repair. Was very happy with the service and the fast turnaround. Can definitely recommend this location.

The young woman who helped me order my contacts was absolutely delightful. She had excellent customer service skills, was cheerful and was training another person all at once. Kudos to her!!

Came in to get my plastic eye pads fixed the other day. The woman who helped me was kind, helpful and did not charge me for the work she did on them in the back. The Target optical once again proved that it is a reasonable, great alternative to other more expensive stores. Now my glasses are comfortable/operable once again. Thank u, thank you!

Target Optical at Orchard Mall are my go to place for optical needs! The doctor I seen there was so efficient and thorough with my eye care needs. Also, Victoria, the Optician, is so friendly and helpful and she helped me with an eye glass issue without any hesitation. My kind of service! I definitely recommend Target Optical.

Dr. Tim and Shawn have been very helpful! Shawn helped me find matching replacement sunglasses for the pair I love from 2017. Tim explained things about my eyes in an easy to understand manner. Definitely recommend Target optical at Orchard.

Shawn was super helpful! He went above and beyond to fix my son's frames when a screw became loose and came out. I was so excited that he could fix it and we didn't have to buy another new pair! We have always bought our sons glasses from Target Optical, and we will continue to do so! Thanks Shawn!

Went to get the frame of my glasses repaired and had a splendid time. Victoria was able to adjust them in a timely manner, all free of charge. She even gave me pointers on how to keep them in tip top shape. This visit cemented Target Optical as the go to place for any future remedies that need to be fixed.
