I was frustrated to find that the maternity section was basically non-existent. A couple styles of sweatpants and a handful of pants on a clearance rack. Is target discontinuing it's maternity section? They still have a significant baby section; where do they think those babies come from?

Horrible customer service. There was a coupon on the package of the markers I was buying. It said peel off & use now. Their system would not take it. Employees refused to assist in any ways instead they treated me like I was scum that didn’t belong in their store because I wanted to use it. With the economy the way it is Target should realize that everyone wants to save where they can. And that does not make a customer unworthy of being treated kindly & with respect.

A middle-aged, white woman employee appeared to be following my family and I around the store. I don't appreciate being racially profiled, much less by a white.

This store never fails to disappoint. From long lines to empty shelves, I can't understand how anyone can get their shopping done successfully without having to go to other stores. SMH

I don't typically leave reviews during the holidays because I get that it's an extremely demanding time for retail workers but the customer service here has been terrible the last 3 times I've been in.
Online pick up is supposed to be fast yet each time I've come in, in spite of being the first person in line I end up waiting 20-30 minutes for someone to talk to me, the last 2 times people who showed up after me were called to the desk first.
Today after waiting more than a half an hour I decided to just go get my item off the shelf and buy it again, took less than 5 minutes to do that.

As a frequent Target shopper in a well-regarded area, I was disheartened by my experience during a visit last night. I am a proud Mexican individual with a deep appreciation for tattoo artistry, which I display through my body art. Unfortunately, it seems my appearance consistently subjects me to undue scrutiny from employees at this location.
On this occasion, the floor walker or loss prevention associate followed me throughout the store in an obvious and discomforting manner. This behavior continued even as I approached the checkout area, where he pretended to shop until I completed my purchase, at which point he left.
This experience left me feeling not only uncomfortable but also unfairly targeted and discriminated against based on my appearance. Such treatment is entirely unprofessional and undermines the inclusive environment Target claims to value. I urge Target to address this issue and ensure all customers are treated with the dignity and respect we all deserve!!!

4 times I've been to this store to grocery shop. Sandwichs are never made in the deli, Cakes in the bakery are never in stock. 2 cakes on the bakery shelf, 1 out of date. Asked the bakery person about there never being any cakes? The response was the cake person is not in. I said there have been no cakes this week. No answer. Asked another worker about the deli and he said he has everrything on order. How do you not have stock ready for everyday. I've ordered for a deli and meat department for another store. It is not that hard. But apparently management will not hold anyone accoutable for their departments. And it shows throughout the store.

Went in to this location because they have an Ulta section. As soon as I stepped in to the Ulta section I heard someone call out “assistance at Ulta counter” over the intercom. A few minutes later, while in front of the Clinique products a Caucasian woman, older, likely in her 50’s and very matter of fact asked me, “can I help you?” I let her know I was shopping and showed her the product (that was wrapped and had an entire anti-theft device attached to it) and she responded with “are you done?” I didn’t really know what to say and I responded with “I guess” and she took the product from me and said she would have it at the customer service counter. I felt super uncomfortable and just wanted my product and go so I immediately asked to check out the product, which she did on the spot. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more taken a back. She shouldn’t be working at Target, there is no reason for her to approach me the way she did and to treat me like I’m a thief. Definitely avoid this store if you’re anything other than Caucasian, you’ll be treated like a thief!!!

I went in with my boyfriend, my roommate and my service dog, we were followed around by their “security” it was a man with a heavy accent and a green security shirt. He followed us the entire time we were shopping. Then we went to self checkout, we were on register 1, we were talking to the attendant that was running the self checkout about my service dog almost the entire time. When we went to leave, the “security guard” stopped us and looked us all up and down and proceeded to ask for our receipt. I did not overhear him ask anyone else for theirs, or see him stop anyone, but it is possible he could’ve. We feel it was because of my service dog and racially motivated. My service dog had his gear on and was CLEARLY working.

As long as they allow CVS to screw customers under their roof, it'll be a reflection of Target for allowing it without oversight.
Additionally, it's ridiculous to ALWAYS have multiple people arrive, get their stuff, and drive away while I'm still waiting like a chump for my pick-up order.

Target is a great store and lots of merchandise and groceries and good prices and also very clean
