I walked in 5 min before close with an injured athlete. Refused to see us because we couldn’t complete their “in take” forms. She suggested we go to Urge t Care. You’re either open or you’re not. Suggesting a $500 visit compared to your $45 is not an option. We do chiropractic all the time. I was just asking for some assistance. We could fill out your intake forms at a later time or during the appointment! Nice policy over people.?

Some chiropractors that work here are better than others. If you get a bad one they can be too aggressive and set you behind in your recovery. If you look for Steve Ford's review from two months ago, it describes what also happened in my situation. I had two good adjustments and seemed to be on the road to recovery, then I woke up a little more sore one day so I went in that afternoon. I was overadjusted by a different doctor than I had seen before. She also was very aggressive with my back. I left more sore than I had been that morning. Later that evening and the next day my back felt like it had returned to its original pain before my first adjustment. It took two days to recover from that bad adjustment. I recommend if you find a good chiropractor you insist on only seeing that one - even if it means coming back another day when they are in the office.

I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and rudeness in all my life. Walked in the door and the receptionist seemed to be very unhappy to be at her job. She rolled her eyes so many times at myself, my daughter and the customer behind us I’m surprised she doesn’t have a concussion. Rude and disrespectful! I didn’t sign in for treatment because of her. My daughter 34 ended up walking out because the computer/tablet wouldn’t work and it was an imposition for receptionist to provide a paper copy. The treating person in the back was very nice and tried to help but with their welcoming receptionist continuing her attitude we left without treatment. Please hire someone who enjoys working with the public and has customer service with at least a glimpse of some kind of welcome to our business. One star is because the doc was nice. Reception needs to be replaced!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mom and sister went here today to get adjusted. My sister had a rib out and needed help. From the second they walked in the door the receptionist was awful. Not only to them but to the other customers as well. Eye rolling. Arguing. Mouthing off. Blaming multiple customers for her attitude. The Dr was very sweet but the receptionist has no business being employed in customer service. Unfortunately this business lost 3 customers this morning, my family and one other.I certainly hope that this establishment rethink who they have as their front desk. You can train someone to do a job but you can not train someone to be kind and have good customer service.

I drove 30+ min to get here bc they were one of the only options open and I’ve been here before. From the second I walked in and told her my name the receptionist was rolling her eyes and audibly sighing that she couldn’t find my account. She gave me a tablet that didn’t work to “resign up” which immediately brought up my info in the system. The tablet was not working so I asked for paper forms which she sighed and said it was going to be so much work for her to print. Turned out they were pre-printed in the drawer next to her. I ended up leaving because you can’t really get care for an out of place rib when you’re in such an uncomfortable situation that you can’t relax. The doctor came up front and tried to get the forms for me so she could see me and still this receptionist was rolling her and eyes and telling her it was my fault she didn’t want to help me. She was also rude to at least 2 other patients at the same time another of which left as well. Absolutely awful experience which sucks for the doctors because they lose patients because of the receptionist treating people in pain like an inconvenience to her personal existence.

I literally could not walk this morning. One of my friends drove me to The Joint. The chiropractor was extremely kind and very gentle. She told me it’s gonna take a little while as I have tweaked my SI joint however, I feel so much better already.

Dr. Ashlyn was wonderful, I was suffering from back spasms and her treatments provided so much relief and her advice was very beneficial for my continued healing!

I woke up yesterday in pain. I slept wrong, pinched nerve. After reading reviews it said that they turn people away without a Dr referral. I called and was told that won't happen.I got in and the lady Dr refused to treat me!!!! Saying I'm in too much pain. They lied about seeing me, and I wasted my time because I believed them. It's a simple vertebra out of sink. It's pinching a nerve!!!! "The joint" doesn't think it can fix this?!!!!!?They are not confident enough to do a simple adjustment?!!!!!!That's really bad!! If you actually need an adjustment, a simple adjustment, they say they're not qualified to do that!! Sounds like a scam to me!!

I was looking for help realigning my neck and back. I was ready to set up a multi- month plan to help me. I was told over the phone to come in and meet with the doctor to figure out what would work. I have trouble driving because of the mobility in my neck so I had my wife take time off work to take me. I got there, started to fill out the forms and the doctor came out and said they couldn't help me and that I needed to go to someone who would do X-rays before starting. I was asked to leave so I made an appointment at another chiropractor and now I am feeling much better. The front desk and doctor need to know what treatments they can do and what they are able to offer. Seems like they offer limited services and really don't care if they waste your time.

If you don't sign up for multiple appointments, they'll refuse to treat you, saying they're "not qualified" to help with a minor adjustment!!!I read a review saying the very same thing, so I called and asked about it before I went all the way down there. I slept wrong, and needed a simple adjustment. I've slept wrong lot's of times throughout the years, went in for an adjustment, and was fine. I explained this to the lady on the phone, and asked about the review I read, and if I would get turned away. She swore up and down that it was a false review, and it would never happen at the joint, I wouldn't get turned away...etc, and to come on in. That was at Sheridan Blvd, and 120th. Well when I got there, once the blond chiropractor figured out that I wasn't going to sign up for monthly treatments, she said that she "wasn't qualified" to do simple adjustments, and refused to treat me!! Then, she referred me to the mountain pain center, a place I was sent to after an auto accident in the past. I called a lady I knew who was affiliated with them, and she said that "The Joint" gets some type of kickback from the pain center everytime the joint sends someone to them!!OMG!!!! The joint is nothing but a dishonest crook!!! I didn't know there were places like that in Denver!!! Don't we have laws against "underhanded" business practices?I used to go to the joint years ago, and get a simple adjustment if I slept wrong, and they didn't used to play that on people!!!They had "real Chiropractors, who actually"CARED" about actually helping people. And who were educated enough to perform a simple adjustment, like every other chiropractor I've been to over the years!! All the other chiropractors in Denver that I looked into also try to make you "sign up" for a program that you don't need also!!Does anyone know of any "Honest" chiropractors in Denver?I only occasionally need an adjustment.

Overall I've had two wonderful adjustments that got rid of my headaches. I'm grateful and I signed up for the flex plan where you pay 20 per month and the. Your adjustment is only 20 each time.

I was told that I can pay for one month and cancel the rest of my sessions then they told me that I had to do 2 months then they would cancel my sessions. I feel cheated and lied to but I guess I should have went to the better Business bureau and read up on them knowing that they have an f rating. This was in Westminster off 120th.Don't waste your time at this place unless you want to be lied to.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I stopped in today (Sunday) only because most chiropractic offices are closed. My BF walked in and was first greeted by an overly condescending receptionist. She asked if he had been there before and he said yes a few months ago (so we paid the first time +) here response was oh wow yeah it’s been quite a while (Nov 2022) so he was like yeah a few months, he then waits to see the Dr. and since he doesn’t sign up for their monthly program and only go to them the Dr said he wouldn’t treat him until he sees the other Dr records. ? I’m sorry you are a WALK-IN chain with the main purpose of walking in for an adjustment.
