Needless to say my experience on 8/2 was okay but since when did you start a waiting line in the middle of an isle to wait for the next cashier? You had more customers waiting in line that way. Really what happened to where you could walk into any open cashier's lane and pay for your purchases.

Extremely poor customer service. I had a difficult time returning product I didn’t like. The manager refused at first, and I had to settle for an exchange. This was given to me begrudgingly. I am surprised, I have never had issues like this at Total in the past.

Employees are Drug addicts and alcoholics from the store manager to the people doing drugs in the back rooms stay away there are better more professional places to shop their other store closed down and this one will also close down. They will never keep up with competition. there is a Walmart next-door with prices, almost half of what they charge

I went in to grab a six-pack of beer. There's 4 registers open and 2 rows of people waiting for 3 of the 4 registers. I go to the open line, and the elderly women working the register yells from behind her counter that I was cutting in line. Being as rude as possible, I explained that each register has a line waiting to be helped, and this register doesn't. She keeps yelling at me to get in the back of the line. They don't understand, pick a line, and wait. Don't form a general line and wait for the open person. This is a service industry. The general line was 3 rows away from the open register. Who would know that they were waiting for that space. Just go over and wait in front of that register line. The younger gentleman behind the closed register saw it all go down and called me over and took care of me like a professional. She should be fired and he should get a promotion to the manager. Learn how to operate your store please and fire these unhappy people with no people skills, please.

Called ahead for an allocated bottle twice now. Showed up to the store and was told they didn’t have it after being told on the phone that they did. Waste of time and gas to drive to this store for nothing. Staff either don’t check when you call or they aren’t checking when you show up. Either way it’s a waste of time. Poor customer service.
