Had hitch installed very good job come here if you need a hitch he even call to ask if we wanted to up grade our wire hook up to a better connection so glad he did looks very good

Customer service here is horrible. It’s not my first Time going to this location and every time the experience is bad. This time I went to fill up gas, went and called them twice inside the office because they kept ignoring the bell. Told them that I was waiting for them to help me out, but they were just talking between employees sitting in the office and instead. They start sweeping the front floor. Once they decided to help me the employee says that they don’t have an adapter to fill up the type of tank, which is a standard 100 pound tank that I’ve filled there before. Plus the adapter was visible and I did point out also. Just seemed like he didn’t wanna do his job. Add on top of that a rude attitude and voice the entire

All I can say is JORGE over and over again!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
By far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE at any Uhaul locations I’ve EVER been to!! I went in with a ton of questions regarding renting a uhaul for my son. JORGE was sooooooo nice, took the time to explain everything to me even though he was busy helping other customers as well. I asked to speak with a manager to let them know how rare it is to have an employee like Jorge. The manager was not there so I’m writing this review in hopes he/she sees this!!
Thank you again Jorge!! I will be back to rent from you in the near future!!! Cheers!!

Everyone was extremely helpful and nice to us here. When our truck broke down a day later and we couldn't use the U haul anymore, they gave us almost a full refund!

I just picked up a box truck for my cross country move. Worst customer service ever. The boy didn’t really know what he was talking about and overcharged me for their insurance. I’ve never driven one of these before and the guy didn’t take anytime to go over how to work the vehicle.
I tried calling the store back several times to get a refund for the overcharge and no one picked up. I don’t recommend renting any U-Hauls from this location if you’re looking for bad customer service. I was originally supposed to pick it up from a Broomfield location and wasn’t too thrilled about going to this one since it’s not in the best neighborhood.

I arrived at U-Haul Westminster, CO, right as they were closing, but George was incredibly helpful. He made the return process smooth and explained the simple steps for the after-hours drop-off. I’d definitely come back here if I need a quick truck rental again. Great service!

My experience at the Uhaul at Westminster was tremendous. First let me preface by saying, George, was a very professional and courteous person. Not only did he help me with the issues that had come up, but he went out of his way to help me beyond what was necessary. The truck that I had reserved was very clean and well maintained. I had no issues with loading the truck, and the cab smelled fresh and was free of any debris, even dust! I'll close by saying my experience with George at Uhaul at Westminster was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving supplies or truck rentals in the future!

This location was quick to help me with the service I needed on short notice. The only issue I had was trying to navigate online. Very understanding and helpful in resending the information to me again. And although they were very busy, I was shown empathy by being patience with me in my concerns or questions from start to finish. I most definitely would recommend this U haul location to others and will not hesitate to use their service in the future when needed. I did have a minor fall but no where near the truck or ramp, it was the storage unit layout and was moving to quick. So no incident or injuries using during the use of your service. Thank you for the great customer service, I'm very grateful.
