Yucky experience
After waiting in line, I needed a document notarized before sending in the mail, and I had signed my name on the document before I got there. This rude Notary person told me that she needed it blank. No exceptions, not even let me sign it again in front of her.I drove 2 minutes to Chase Bank who not only let me sign my name again, was very polite and helpful, and would not take any money. I didn't even have to stand in line. The good news is I saved the $15 the UPS Store was going to charge me! I guess I should have thanked her for being a jerk, but I am mostly glad that I I will not go back there. .

Incredibly rude. Lied to me about the guaranteed delivery date, took my money, then refused to make it right. I ended up leaving and going to fedex who shipped the second try way faster for 1/2 the price. UPS rudeness saved me $70. I’ll go to fedex from now on. I now have to find my original package that is still with UPS somewhere. Who knows where. I’d suggest just going straight to FedEx and saving yourself the headache and money.

Hands down the BEST UPS Store I’ve ever been to. The staff here are total rockstars—friendly, fast, and always on top of their game. Whether I’m dropping off a return, shipping something important, or just grabbing a few supplies, they make it quick, easy, and honestly enjoyable (which is saying a lot for errands!).
They’ve saved me more than once with last-minute help and never make you feel rushed or like a burden. You can tell they actually care, and that kind of service is rare these days.
If you’re looking for a place that gets things DONE and treats you like a human while doing it—this is it. 10/10 would recommend every time.

I really want to love this store, and in many ways, I do. Rowan, who works there, is fantastic—super helpful, resourceful, and really good at thinking on his feet when things go wrong. You can tell he cares and genuinely wants to help customers, and that kind of service is rare and appreciated.
That said, the store's equipment has been a consistent issue. In my last four visits, something has gone wrong each time—either the printer wasn’t working, needed cleaning, was disconnected, the card reader was down, or they were mid-installation with new equipment. I understand things happen, but it’s become a pattern, and unfortunately, it makes the store hard to rely on when I need to get something printed efficiently.
The people are great. Truly. But the machines just haven’t kept up. I can’t keep spending extra time troubleshooting or waiting, so as much as I wish it were different, I’ve had to start looking elsewhere for print services.
