If you have been to this store in the past 3 weeks you know that there is no air conditioning. It is extremely hot. We usually have our wine shipped here but it doesn’t seem like there is any intent to have it fixed. So we are changing UPS locations. I had to leave today because I could not wait in line in the heat. August will be brutal for the customers and the poor workers.

It seems to me that the people currently opening the store are incompetent. I have shown up at this location on multiple occasions on my way home from work in the morning and I have had to sit and wait up to 30 minutes after the store was supposed to be open to drop off my packages while also watching other customers leave due to the tardiness of the opening person or persons. This is unacceptable and should be remedied quickly

I’ve had to leave twice now because I couldn’t wait for the morning employee to decide to get their ass to work. One morning I waited until 8:13am and watched countless people leave and today… 8:21am employee comes rolling in.
Your opening hour is 8am. Employee should be there BEFORE to ensure the doors are open at 8am. If not- change your hours to accommodate your inconsistent employee.

DO NOT get you passport photos here! Not only they don't meet the requirement standard, it's twice more expensive! And their fees for printing is ridiculous!

I can see why this UPS has such a low rating the custom service at this location is the problem. I come from the Colorado Springs area and the UPS service is amazing. The one time I decide to stop at a UPS near my POB I get a guy who acts as if he’s too busy. The items I received came in a plastic bag which you cannot return in. Any other UPS would just take it and send back with no question. This guy say it says right here it’s supposed to come pre packaged. Ok but I don’t have a box sooo. You have to have pre packaged. This is when you find a UPS that doesn’t have lazy unworthy of getting paid just for standing there and scanning label’s employees. Please release your current staff and find more customer oriented individuals who want to bring this location up to a 5 star.

I just visited the UPS Store at 103rd and Federal and used the shred service. I felt overwhelmed with years of documents. Nate went above and beyond helping me empty a box into their shred bins. As someone who struggles with anxiety anything new is intimidating and he made the process so easy. Thank you Nate.

I am currently waiting for a package in the mail and it needs a signature. The delivery person did not knock on the door or anything. Had the note out and everything ready to put on the door. I had 20 seconds from the ring camera notification to get to the door! It’s ridiculous! I just want my package!
