Not a good experience. Something’s obviously going wrong with the computer but your employee handled things poorly. I walked in and she goes “hi, we’re having issues on this end of things so it’s gonna be a little while” so I sat down and as she types away for 5 minutes another colleague says “can’t you use another computer?” She responds “I figured it out” followed by the silence. Now there’s me and another guy waiting with no answers as to how much longer we will be waiting. I waited about 15 mins in total and when I got up to leave no one apologized or even offered an explanation, just silence. Very uncomfortable, I work in customer service and the least you could do is keep me in the loop or at least tell me to go to a different bank at this time. Or maybe say sorry for me having to leave with no service. I found it really rude and off putting. I’ll find another us bank to go to.

I called 5 branches in the Broomfield area and this one is the only one that I was able to get through to a real person. Thank you!My question was answered in a friendly and effective manner.We decided to travel to this branch today to do our business, even though it was farther for us because of that good phone service. We were 3rd in line, and the line moved quickly. We worked with Crystal Araiza for our transaction. She was terrific! Crystal was friendly, effective, and helpful. She also provided us with other promotions and options moving forward. After moving to this area and having to call around so much, we were considering other banks as options, but after our services with this bank branch we are happy to be staying with US bank.UPDATE:A month from my first post, I returned to make a deposit and withdrawl. There was no wait, and I was offered to sit during the efficient transaction. Sara was helpful and friendly; another great visit to this branch. Thank you!

Not open even though door says lobby open Saturdays til 1pm. It’s Saturday @ 12:15p right now and all locked up.

I'm disappointed by how rudely I was treated today. I just needed to deposit a check and cash out part of it. I didn't have my glasses on me (oops) so I made an error. The teller went out of her way to be rude and condescending about it. There was no grace in how she handled it. That was very unpleasant and unprofessional. To be honest, because of this and a few other incidents, I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. I work a public-facing job. I know very well what they quality of customer service is supposed to be. At this branch, it's abysmal.

Rude customer service. They all tell you something different. Put one of my deposits on hold for over a week so I couldn’t pay my bills or rent. Very unhelpful. Switching banks.

Put a check on hold for over a week. I needed that deposit and there was nothing they could do to help me. Rude customer service at this branch as well.

This specific bank is by far the worst when it comes to there customer service. The bank manager seems to be the only person who takes pride in his work & shows any respect to average bank customers.I have one word to describe this branch "RUDE!"

I have been a customer for years.I went in yesterday with a check I received in mail,I had a question about it being valid the person there looked at it typed a few things into computer and then told me they would not deposit it if it was them because it could expose my banking information I would have thought my bank could help but his answer was go to Bank of America myself and see if it was real I think it is time to find a new bank when the banker can’t be bothered to help a customer figure out if a check is good or not

Uneducated stuff, looks like people who works there have no idea what they are doing. I lost my wallet with all cards and ID and 2 of the young ladies who works there refused to give me temporary card and did not take my Colorado Digital ID. So basically they just refused to give me my money haha thankfully there are a lot of over US bank branches around.

The customer care here is horrible. I went in to send a somewhat large wire on Thursday afternoon and then received a voicemail that they needed more information. I called backnand gpt no answer, so left a message letting them know if they still needed any additional information to please let me know. I never received a call back, so assumed everything was good. I heard from the wire recipient today that they never received the transfer. I called the bank back and the person was on their break, and wouldn't be back was going to be in another meeting. I asked if anyone else could help me and was told no, that only the person I worked with would be able to help me and was then told that I could call back after my meeting if it was before they closed. I have banked here for many years, and had always had a great experience until this situation, but now they are not just messing with my money, they are messing with money others are supposed to receive from me.

I dont get why people have rated this place so low. This bank is 5 minutes from my place and I have been going there for almost a decade now and no where else have I ever got personal attention like that. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Often times they will go above and beyond their duties. I have had all kinds of positive experiences from one of them waiting on the phone for 20+ minutes with US Bank customer service on my behalf, so I dont have to, to one of their tellers trying to fix by broken drivers license with scotch tape! They have the best folks on their staff!

The low rating is totally unfair. I have dealt with this branch twice - both times were when US Bank failed me. I had called customer service, cardmember services, business center, the supervisors for all those departments, my home branch, my company's home branch, random branches...I am talking about hours and days to resolve a single issue with everyone keeping me on the phone for LONG longwinded conversations about this and that, they can't help, they think this, they think that, I need to do this, I need to do that, x is because of y, y is like z, the earth is flat, and their theory on why the sky is blue...(the last two I made up to make my point). Totally unproductive waste of time when I have a life, and it doesn't include spending 40 hours a week on the phone to the bank to get nothing accomplished!!Finally, I called this branch and spoke to the manager, who ACTUALLY DID HIS JOB. He listened, understood, and helped me. He actually GOT THINGS DONE!! Wow, what a change from normally dealing with the bank...The manager of the branch is good and it shows with his employees. They are nice and polite, even when a customer is tearing their hair out. Unfortunately, I'm afraid he won't last long because...it's a big consumer bank. I wish I could say "US Bank sucks!", but honestly, they all suck. I hope Alan finds a better paying job before this bank destroys his soul. In the meantime, it's really nice to have someone who cares about the customers and is good at what he does, working in a bank like this.Thanks, Alan and team!

I’ve been a US bank account holder for over 10 years and am considering changing banks solely because of this branch. Do not go here, ever. They are horrible and incompetent and rude.
