Horrible customer service. Giselle and Nevaeh are lazy and brazen about it as well. They literally Refused to do any work with a smile since they were closing soon.
I have to have 20s turned into fives every week for work. Its very difficult to find a retail place that has the kind of change i need without depleting their inventory. I shop at the king soopers location this branch is inside regularly. I came up to this branch today asking if they could make the change i needed and they said they can not make change for anyone who doesn’t have an account at the bank. That is a weird rule and would have taken them about six seconds for work to do but fine, if thats the rule thats the rule. So, i told them id like to open an account. They said “we dont have time for that and you cant open an account just to make change” i said then, you’re open, there is two of you, and nobody in line, there is time id like to open an account” they once again said “there wasnt time, and i cant open an account just to make change” i told them, “im not opening an Account just to make change, ill keep money on deposit, i want to open an account” at which point they simple said again “we dont have time to open an account” to which i responded “i understand you do not want to do the work to open an account for me but you do have time, there is nobody here, it wont take more than ten minutes, and i really am in a time crunch myself and need this done before work tomorrow morning, so can you please open and account or can i speak a manager and see if i can get this account opened i have to work tomorrow and i need the get this done”
They then smiled, handed me the managers card, and said “she’s not here right now, good luck”.
I will be reaching out to the manager but based on their attitude and brazenness i am concerned the manager will not care so i am also writing a review here to warn others.
Do not bother opening an account here. As other reviews can corroborate the customer service is very bad. Ill be opening an account at another bank, probably the 1st bank in the same parking lot for my needs because of this interaction.
A shame, i do mostly online banking but need a physical bank for regular cash deposits, change, and withdrawals related to work on a weekly basis and i would have opened a checking account, and regularly deposited cash at this location as well as set up a recurring direct deposit. I tend to like to keep all my banking in one place so i might have even moved everything over to this physical bank as my primary bank, but…. Instead i will do no business with this bank at all. Ever.
And i recommend you do the same.

Was trying to withdrawal some money and the teller told me it declined, probably due to the limits on my account.. no worries. She tells me to call the # on the back of my card, ok no worries. Then proceeds to tell me but then I’ll have to go to another branch to withdrawal again. So stupid. How does that make sense? Waste of time.

IF you are not sure of the information you are giving out do not reassure customers with wrong information. This girl made me waste my time and other peoples time by saying my deposit would be ready by a Wednesday. She REASSURED ME.I came on this Wednesday and all she could say was “just to be safe lets wait until it clears” So I have to wait another 10 days. ??

Horrible customer service. These girls that work in this branch are rude and prejudice unless you speak spanish. They have 0 care about you. They are always on there phones and lifeless eating and drinking at the counter.Emily needs to find another job out of public.

We have banked with US Bank for years myself my wife and my mother. After depositing a $12,000 check and being told Less than $300 would be available the teller refuse to answer any questions or just didn’t know the answers as to why after all this time with this, Bank is only $275 available, why is the check then clearing at two separate intervals days apart and what is it about this check that is causing a hardly responsive teller to visibly (facial expressions) act as if the check was stolen and forged.

I come here sometimes to drop off deposits/get change orders for my work since we have an account here with and the ladies here are always very nice and make the process so easy. Shoutout to Giselle, Cristina, and Emily!

I know they smaller ranch but they don't want to give you your money when you need. It was not a big amount of money so I knew they do have the money but I don't understand why. They made me lost my business deal because of that.

This bank is inside a King Soopers, and I thought that because of this I wasnt going to get the same level of service as if I went to a stand alone building. But I was pleasantly pleased with how effortlessly my banking transaction progressed. My transaction was completed in less time than I thought which allowed me to grab something to eat from the grocery stores deli section.

Worst service especially Emily. Rude and disrespectful. I have to deposit here for my job every week day. There is always a 30 min wait minimum. You can tell she’s doesn’t want to be here or is always in a foul miserable mood. Every weekday is the same. I have been going to a us bank that’s a 14 minute drive each way and I still get back to work faster than when I come here.

Denessa is the best! In the time that I have been coming to this location she has treated me with amazing customer service. She is always smiling and I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. In the few times I had an issue she is always super helpful. US Bank is super lucky to have her.
